Perfekt alternativ till ett dyrt hotellrum utan att ge upp lyx eller plats! Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen (med hiss) av en helt ny byggnad, men med original fasad. Det ligger på en mycket populär gata, "Calle de Huertas", beläget i det historiska centrumet i Madrid, "Barrio de las Letras." Gångavstånd från Prado, Thyssen och Reina Sofia Museum, och Palacio Real. Lägenheten har en king size-säng, plus ytterligare bäddsoffor i vardagsrummet. Massor av ljus och smäll dab i mitten av alla måste-se, önskvärda platser i Madrid. Sovrummet har 3 väggar, vilket betyder att det inte är helt privat. En vägg / garderob separerar vardagsrummet från sovrummet (som kan ses på bilderna).

Lägenheten ligger alldeles intill Plaza de Santa Ana. Nära Puerta del Sol och Plaza Mayor. Du kan gå till La Cava Baja, Mercado de San Miguel och även till Parque del Retiro. Verkligen ett perfekt läge.

Well organized and great location

The apartment is very well organized and convenient. The only drawback is sound isolation. Unfortunately, we could hear all the movements of our neighbours, and since they went to bed pretty late, this was a nuisance for us. Something to consider if you are noise-sensitive.

At home in Madrid

Great location. Within walking distance of the Prado museum and the royal palace. Too many restaurants close by to count. Vi Cool downstairs has a varied and delicious menu. The hostess bent over backwards to make sure that everything was ok for us. Nice apartment in a secure building. Highly recommended.

Location,Location,Location

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in the heart of Madrid’s Centro area. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, great restaurants, and lively neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly attentive, providing excellent instructions for check-in and thoughtful recommendations for things to do around the city. Their local insights truly enhanced our experience, making it easy to explore and enjoy Madrid to the fullest. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-guided stay in the city!

Madrid is Magical

Our host told us we would want to come back to Madrid and boy was she right! This might be my favorite city in the world now. The apartment was everything and more and the location was perfect! We can’t wait to return.

Calle Huertas - Madrid

Gorete was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect! Very well kept and appointed and perfect location on Calle Huertas in the heart of Madrid steps from Plaza Santa Ana! We loved our stay and will be back soon hopefully and highly recommend! -Geoff

Great short stay

We stayed here at the end of our trip to Spain and it was great. High energy neighborhood, lots and of restaurants and shopping. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The Host was correct my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect apartment in great area

My husband and I had a great week in Madrid, staying at this apartment. Well furnished with adequate kitchen equipment to do some cooking, a combo washer/dryer. On 3rd floor with a well functioning elevator. Many restaurants and bars nearby, convenient to taxi stands. Short walk to train station for day trips. Located on a lively street, but the noise did not keep as awake. Host was great Very responsive.

Fantastic Stay in Beautiful Madrid

This property was excellent in every way. Located in central Madrid with easy walking distance to everything! Communication with owner was on point. Apartment was clean and well taken care of. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and water pressure was excellent. We even used the washer/dryer! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic Madrid stay in Center City

This is a fantastic spot, close to metro and the center city sights and sounds of Madrid. The accommodations were wonderful, and Gorete was a very responsive and wonderful host. The location is close to good breakfast and tapas spots within very close walking distance. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and well laid out for our family of four - posed no problems at all. Would recommend and book again!

Great Location and Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our 1 week stay in Madrid! The location is great. It was close to many of the places we wanted to visit, and there were Metro and Bus stops nearby for other places. We could even walk to the train station for our day trip to Toledo. The apartment itself was fantastic - having a kitchen was very convenient and we walked to markets nearby for supplies. Having a combination washer & dryer unit enabled us to do the trip with minimal luggage. The AC was able to keep up with the hot August summer weather and the wireless internet was faster than we have at home!

Incredible host and location

This wonderful, renovated apartment overlooking LasHuertas- a street full of boutiques and tapas bars…and historic as the heart of the literary quarter had everything! We visited all three “golden trio” museums- a quick walk away. Walked to everything, actually! So many great restaurants! We took the host’s advice and found the mushroom restaurant one night, too.

An Exceptional Apartment

This is the best VRBO property I have used. (And I have stayed at quite a few all over the U.S.) The location cannot be beat. The owner/manager Gorete Fieira is both responsive and a great source of local information. The on-site concierge, Alicia, is also terrific. The apartment is kept spotlessly clean and is very well equipped, including the appliances. A fantastic place!

Wonderful spot in Barrio de las Letras

Amazing location and very pleasant studio apartment. You can easily walk to the Prado, the Palace, Plaza Mayor and hundreds of tapas bars and restaurants with outdoor seating. The apartment is just right for a couple, though you could have a friend or two crash on the sofa beds in the front room (there’s no door between them, so not ideal if you need privacy from each other.) The kitchenette and bathroom are modern and well-equipped, and you can close the windows and turn on the AC for a quiet night even if people down in the street are still having fun. Very good apartment.

Excellent Accommodations!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this phenomenal apartment during our short trip to Spain. The property was immaculate, stylishly furnished, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding area. Every modern convenience was available, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. It was in a prime location, close to everything. The highlight of the stay, however, was the wonderful owner, Gorete. From the moment of booking, she was exceptionally communicative and helpful, providing detailed instructions and local recommendations that enhanced our trip significantly. Beautiful apartment with perfect location

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful, stylish apartment in the middle of downtown Madrid and its many attractions. Gorete, the owner, is an incredible ambassador and was quick to communicate. She provided lots of wonderful background on the neighborhood and its history as well as great suggestions for dining and entertainment. Check in was easy and efficient. I can't wait to return to this wonderful city.

Location, location, location! This is smack-dab in the middle of the historic Barrio de las Letras (Literature Neighborhood) very romantic, safe and with countless places to eat, people-watch, on a pedestrian street (no traffic).

The building was completely gutted a few years ago and they saved the facade and the 100 year old staircase, but everything else is brand-new modern construction. We have furnished and equipped the apartment with everything we would like to find in a rental, we use VRBO ourselves when we travel so we understand that small details are paramount. Besides, we have lived in Madrid for manyyears, so we are happy to steer you to the best suggestions, whether they are restaurants, site seeing, shopping, trendy restaurants, family places or unique Madrid experiences depending on your date of travel.
