Original och trevlig lägenhet med två våningar och ett separat sovrum från andra rum. Perfekt för två personer men kan rymma tre att ha en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.
Beläget på en lugn gata med ingen barer, men med butiker och färskvarumarknaden bara några meter bort. Området har många restauranger, kaféer och tapasbarer med terrasser. Det är beläget i hjärtat av Madrid i "Lavapies-ambassadörer" stadsdel bredvid den berömda "konsttriangeln" består av de viktigaste museerna i staden. Några meter från Reina Sofia-museet, National Film "Cine Doré" och livliga Argumosa street sommar terrasser. En perfekt plats att träffas och njuta av Madrid från dess historiska centrum, promenader genom sina gator, hörn och platser av kulturellt och turist intresse bostäder.
Dess privilegierade läge i centrala Madrid kan du gå till de viktigaste turistorterna: Retiro Park, Rastro, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Paseo del Prado ...... Tre tunnelbanestationer i närheten: Atocha och Anton Martin Lavapiés. I allmänna parkeringsplatser omgivande gatorna i timmar och dagar.
Fem minuters promenad du når Atocha-stationen och Airport Express busshållplatsen 24h som förbinder flygplatsen till centrala Madrid.
Lägenheten tas upp direkt från gatan genom en säkerhetsdörr och spärrade matsalen, ljus och högt i tak där en bäddsoffa, ett litet skrivbord ... är., TV och andra tjänster som Internet WIFI . Köket är separata men ansluten till vardagsrummet med en stor öppen plats där du också kan få tillgång till badrum och trappan som leder till sovrummet där det finns två fönster i vardagsrummet och dubbelsäng. A nice apartment in an interesting neighborhood

We found the apartment well located to visit nearby museums and to discover excellent local restaurants. At the end of a day of sight-seeing, we were always glad to return to our comfortable apartment, with its charming decor. We thank the owner for her help during our stay. We highly recommend this rental property.

Fabulous!

Elena was wonderful! She met us at the property when we arrived and answered questions, left a lot of very helpful information, as well as reloadable cards for the train, which we used a lot! The location is perfect. It’s quiet, quaint, and within walking distance to the metro and Atocha.The apartment is beautifully decorated and the bed is comfortable. We had a lovely week in Madrid! We would definitely stay again.

very cozy place in the heart of Madrid

We had the best time. Elena, the owner, is an absolute delight. Very helpful and easy to communicate. The place is small but perfect for 2 people, very close to all major attractions. Supermarket is close by, so we had breakfasts at home, and even managed to cook dinner once or twice. Highly recommend!

Lovely Apartment

Well stocked kitchen with utensils, spices, toaster, kettle, microwave. Wash able to prepare a few meals and wash some laundry. Location was excellent, walking distance to shopping, museums, transportation, and restaurants. Shower was tiny for my 6’3 husband, but that’s common in Europe and we would stay there again. No issues checking in early as we arrived mid morning.

Perfect location to enjoy Madrid!

The apartment is located in a perfect location to walk to all of the places we wanted to see in Madrid. Communication was excellent and we enjoyed meeting Luisa as she met us at the apartment and explained everything the first day we arrived. We would most definitely stay here again!

Well equipped accommodations

The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance to many places of interest. The kitchen was well equipped for a person who enjoys cooking. The host was readily available and responded to emails quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location, Excellent host

The apartment was exactly as listed. Elena was waiting for us when we arrived and had plenty of information about local shopping, attractions etc. on hand, including a map. The apartment was clean and well provisioned - including kitchen basics and cookware. Communication (via Whatsapp) was excellent. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

Great location and plenty of space

We enjoyed our first visit to Spain (Madrid) from the US, and this apartment was a great size and location for our 3-adult family. It had everything we needed, was centrally located so we never went underground to use the subway, and was quiet and comfortable. Host was helpful and responsive at all times. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding location and a gem of an apartment

Amazing location easily accessible from the Atocha train station and in a great neighborhood. The apartment is on a quiet street, but is a block in any direction to vibrant tapas bars, eateries, stores and public transportation. We walked the city for our entire stay and it was amazing to have the apartment so close to everything yet nestled away for peace and quiet when you need it. The apartment itself has a well stocked kitchen as well as any other item you may need during your stay including a washing machine and drying rack that we were thankful to have. Always the most important- the bed is very comfortable, and the apartment clean and cozy. The 4 star for cleanliness is only due to it being a pet friendly apartment and in fairness to the purpose of reviews on this platform, no matter how clean a place is, I don’t feel a 5 star cleanliness rating is attainable in a place that allows pets. That said- it was very clean.Lena was an exceptional host. Amazing communication, multilingual and very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this apartment if you are traveling to Madrid and the surrounding region!

Great Porperty / Great Host

Perfectly located property with great access to Parque del Retiro, Museo Reina Sofia and other iconic places, landmarks. Quiet and relaxing but only steps to highly energetic areas of Madrid. Comfortable, very clean, with excellent attention to details. Host was incredibly gracious and attentive.

Great Apartment & Centrally Located

apartment was exactly as pictures show, it had everything you could need during your stay. super close to 24hr supermarket, restaurants, 3 metro stations and tourist sites. Property Manager was super nice and checked in several times during our stay to see how things were and to see if we had any questions. A++++++

Very Convenient Location

Such a cute, cosy, secure and very well equipped apartment. Centrally located and within walking distance to everywhere. Metro is close by, as is the main train station; Atocha, for easy daytripping to other cities outside Madrid. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and bars were right around the corner. Check-in couldn't have been easier and was done in person which was important to us. Luisa and/or Elena were always accessible in case we needed anything. We'd highly recommend staying at this property.

Nice, well kept apartment in a convenient neighborhood of Madrid

The apartment was perfect for 2. We were able to walk everywhere including to the train station for easy travel for day trips. We used the nearby grocery store which was open 24 hours per day. Elena is a gracious hostess who met us with a smile and provided information on local sites, restaurant suggestions and evening entertainment. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Madrid.

Adorable Apartment in Lovely Madrid Neighborhood

Elena’s apartment is not only warm and inviting, it is in the ideal location. It is tucked away on a quiet street but within walking distance to museums, parks, shops and restaurants. Convenient Madrid apartment

Located so conveniently to shops, restaurants, and transpiration, this lovely two story (loft bedroom was perfect for our six night stay in Madrid. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and small group entertaining. We were able to walk to Reina Sofia museum (10 minutes) as well as Prada and the Botanical gardens. We sampled a few restaurants in the neighborhood which were wonderful. We highly recommend this lovely apartment for your stay in Madrid.

Fabulous

Elena and her mother Luisa are kind, generous, caring, interesting, fabulous people. The apartment is very comfortable. Special praise to the mattress and soft sheets. We had been traveling for 30 hours and were delirious. Luisa guided us to the apartment with patience and clarity. The location is fantastic for convenience and enjoyment. We loved the diverse community of Lavapies. Thank you.

A wonderful home away from home

The apartment in Lavapiés was a perfectly wonderful place to stay, in part because of the friendly and very accommodating hostess. She was very flexible and helpful with our check in (as my son was moving across the city at the end of a study abroad program.). She also was quick to respond and even came over to help when I couldn't figure out the washing machine (LOL). The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well outfitted so that it was easy to cook a few meals. (The info sent ahead of time about local grocers and stores was so useful!). I loved the loft room and found the beds very comfortable. I hope to stay there again one day. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Perfect location!

This apartment is the perfect location to enjoy a stay in Madrid. It's on a quiet street (which matters in a city with a late late night scene), but just a few blocks from everything you want to see. Down the hill is the eclectic lavapies neighborhood, up the hill to hipster Anton Martin, 2 blocks from the amazing Reina Sofia and just a few more to Prado. Three metro options with a 5 minute walk! The apartment itself is quiet and cozy with natural light and a smart set up for a small space. Host are helpful and accessible if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Great base for Madrid adventures

We stayed for 1 week, which we don`t usually do but had decided to slack back a bit on this trip, we would have happily stayed longer. Ideal location for the big 3 museums / galleries, shops, restaurants and Atocha a short walk, there is everything on your doorstep and Elena and her mum respond quickly if you have a query. We made great use of the kitchen, even entertaining family twice, the bed is comfy, the lounge / kitchen layout works well and the windows open to allow a breeze. The shower is compact but very adequate even for a big bloke like me, we never used the washing machine. Fantastic, quirky pad with super hosts in a lively district. Thanks for making our stay that bit special.

A great place for experiencing Madrid

The apartment was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a kitchen that was made more functional by the stocked pantry items. The convenience of the washing machine was really nice. It’s a place where we could have comfortably stayed for much longer than the week we were there. The location was quiet allowing us to sleep with the window open. We felt very safe. We were greeted warmly and thoughtfully by Elena. She was prompt and responsive to all our questions. She was warm, professional and friendly. All aspects of communication were excellent. The list of recommendations for restaurants was very helpful and the metro card where you can easily pay for your trips were both thoughtful conveniences. The location was perfect for us. It’s within walking distance to major points of interest and close to the metro. There are nice restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great location to be able to easily see major points of interest and experience a wide variety of daily life things.
