Little Oasis är ett stuga hem som ligger i Old Florida Village, en gemenskap av havet typ i Santa Rosa Beach där du kan promenera till vackra vita sandstränder (.3 mile eller 500 meter) eller njuta av bra rabatt shopping och oändlig sommartid aktiviteter. Det finns miles av gång- / cykelvägar och Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club ligger precis nere på gatan. Den har 1900 kvadratmeter färdig bostadsområde och kommer att sova 11. Husdjur är välkomna (endast hundar).

Denna mysiga tillflyktsort har tre sovrum, tre badrum och ett torn som fungerar som en privat sovplats och / eller ett bra underhållningsutrymme för barnen med en tvilling över full våningssäng. Sovrum inkluderar sängar för 11 med 1 kung, 2 drottningar, 1 tvilling över full våningssäng och 1 drottning bäddsoffa. Hela huset är uppgraderat på många sätt. Från små saker som du kanske inte märker med en gång, som vikformning genomgående, till de mer uppenbara sakerna, som 16-tums plattor på diagonalen, var detta hus med avsikt utformad och dekorerad med två saker i åtanke - komfort och njutning. För detta ändamål hittar du tjocka staplar i sovrummen, lindar däck på båda nivåerna och i köket infällda lampor, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, bänkskivor i granit och en stor diskbänk. Dessutom finns det nya platt-TV-apparater som alla har nya DVD-spelare. Vardagsrummet har Blu-ray-DVD med strömningsförmåga för tjänster som Netflix eller HULU.

Den privata samhällspoolen är cirka 50 meter och de orörda vita sandstränderna vid golfkusten ligger bara en kort promenad bort (cirka 500 meter). Det finns en mängd fantastiska restauranger i området och Old Florida Village ligger bara en 15 minuters bilresa till ett av de största rabattkontor i regionen. Utanför sommarkonserter, lokala konstutställningar, golf, cykling och vandring är bara några av underhållningsalternativen. De pittoreska och charmiga samhällena på Grayton Beach, Watercolor och Seaside ligger bara ett stenkast bort.

Great Stay!

House was perfect with 5 spaces to sleep. Super cute house clean and safe. Loved the neighborhood and was only a 7 min walk to the beach. There is an ice cream shop just a few minute walk away. We rented bikes and the kids loved the freedom to come and go. A couple pools that stay open to 10pm. Great stay!

30A vacation

Great location for Beach access and local seafood restaurants. The community pools are very nice with the exception of no toddlers kiddy pool. We had some problems with the homes cleanliness. We have pets but don’t travel with them. This house is advertised as pet friendly and clearly has had pet as there was dog hair everywhere. My advice is if you’re not traveling with your pets don’t rent a pet friendly house. Not the owner’s fault for offering it up as many do travel with their pets but the cleaning company should deep clean after each rental that includes a pet deposit? The home does come with a gas grill that is the perfect size to cook dinner for 2, but the house will sleep 11?…we had 6 adults and you can’t cook for 6 on the small gas grill. The home has a nice shaded back porch but you can’t get the doorknob to work to open the door to it so if you want to enjoy the swing on the back porch you’ll have to go out the front door and walk around to get to it. Several closet doors needs some adjustment as well. All minor cleaning and handyman issues but needs attention so that vacation renters can enjoy their stay. All that said this is a great area for a family to enjoy their vacation!!

Good first impression, but…

First impression was good and looked as the listing pictures recorded. However, there were a number of cleanliness issues—the main one being an infestation of gnats and dirty tile floors and blinds in the kitchen and main living areas. The kitchen faucet had a bad leak and spewed water everywhere. We were pleased when it was replaced the next day and appreciated the owner’s responsiveness. These things aside, the house was laid out perfectly for six adults and provided a cozy environment for a happy vacation at the beach.

Overall great, but could use some TLC

The house was situated in a great location with about a 6 minute walk to the beach access. It had all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay away from home. The beds were very comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the house was very good. The only thing I will mention out of honesty is, the house is very outdated, and is very obviously a rental property that needs some maintenance. Holes in rugs, chipped vanities, “hand me down” looking cooking utensils, carpet.. it was a great price for the location, but definitely not the nicest of the homes we have stayed at in this area. But we still very much enjoyed everything.

Great house close to beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at little oasis! It’s within walking distance from the beach and ice cream. The pool (they have 2, we only went to one) was nice in the neighborhood. The house was spacious enough for 10. The kids loved the bunk beds in the loft! We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

The property is very nice and has everything you need. Plenty of room for several people to stay. I only have two things to criticize: the front door is very hard to open from the inside due to the wooden blinds that were added to the door. They are very close to the door knob so it’s very hard to get your hand around the door knob to open it. Also, the floor seems very dirty. The carpet is very old and worn. All of our shoes, socks, and feet were very dirty from walking around the floor. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

House was nice, could use some minor repairs. Animals have gotten under the house thru back lattice around deck and pulled down insulation. Doors are extreemely difficult to open. Back patio door needs to be repaired so base door locks into sill properly. Instructions needed to adjust thermostat to suite needs of those staying in properety. Blind on master bedroom door needs to be replaced.

Family Beach Vacation

Very nice dog-friendly property. We had no problems/issues whatsoever & Justin was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Beach is a bit of a walk & we did end up renting a golf cart since we had 6 adults, 2 small children & lots of beach gear. Would definitely recommend this property & hope to return.

Needs updating

Although the neighborhood is lovely, this property was disappointing. Needs a thorough cleaning and overhaul to all furnishings and carpets. Musty smell in 2nd story and mold in the master shower from ceiling leak that they tried to fix with bleach spray. Sofas are sadly worn and rugs were stained. Teflon fry pans were so scratched and damaged they were unusable. Work boards were stained and felt unsure about cleanliness. This property is tired looking and needs refreshing.

Upstairs bedroom

The pull couch had a note saying it was broken, so couldn't use it. Plus it was ratty looking. Needs replaced. That bedroom needs a TV and a comforter on the bed.

Highly recommend

Little Oasis was the perfect place for our Santa Rosa vacation. The house was spacious and very clean with a kitchen stocked with all of the appliances and pots and pans we needed. We spent a lot of time on the quiet back porch, and it was nice to be able to walk to the private shared pool. The beach was about a 5-10 min walk or a super fast bike ride. There are great restaurants within walking distance, and Publix was just a short drive away. I brought my small dog and there were shady sidewalks where I could walk him. Overall the property and location exceeded our needs and expectations.
