Amazing Condo!

We’ve stayed in the Watercolor community many times, but this trip/property is our favorite. Great, clean, nicely appointed condo with super convenient access to the beach club, beach, and Cerulean park. Will definitely stay here again!

Fun time at Watercolor

The central location was great. The MBR had a big owners storage closet that really limits its use to guests. The second bedroom is just a bed. Any guests using it have very limited space. The outdoor seating is nice but the AC units nearby sound like you are sitting on an airport runway.

Great place!

Pictures were very accurate. Great location and wonderful amenities at Watercolor. Will definitely stay at the resort again and would consider this property due to its proximity to everything.

This was a wonderful unit to stay in at watercolor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful, clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and in close proximity to all the amenities of watercolor. We had a wonderful time riding bikes on all the many trails the property has as well as time on the beach and at the heated pools.

Wonderful stay

My husband & I (as well as our mini Goldendoodle) loved our stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Great, convenient location. Had everything we needed. We had some difficulty finding our bikes and 1 ended up having a flat tire… didn’t end up riding b/c not really doable with our dog. Good idea to check out bike situation when first arriving. Would stay again.

Watercolor Fall

What an amazing fall break! The location was perfect! Easy access to the beach and lovely strolls to ample food and shopping in both Watercolor and Seaside. The condo was crisp and clean with a definite southern beach vibe. Communication was excellent and condo was exactly as stated. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Watercolor!

This condo was exquisite! Loved that we could bring along our little doggie too. For a pet friendly rental, there were zero signs of previous pets. Perfectly clean! Loved it!

Recent stay at Lighthouse Loft #45

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is above the building's commercial mechanical equipment so the noise was loud 24 hrs a day. It was hard to sit on the balcony and carry on a conversation.The elevator is in an open vestibule and accessed through by the restaurant nearby. They roll their trash through the vestibule and trash leaks, waiting for the elevator is like standing next to the dumpster. And the restaurant's workers sleep on the bench near the elevator so you have to see and smell that all day.The property should not be listed as pet friendly. We were charged to clean the slip covers and they had to really zoom in to capture the few dog hairs that were there. The slip covers should be washed as we noticed them unclean when we arrived. While we were there someone came into the unit while my wife and I were out but our teenagers were there. Our sons called us to say there was someone in the unit. We were not notified in advance and have never had this happen when renting, it was very unprofessional. The Unit in general was very average. There were only a few utensils, for example, no pizza knife which I haven't seen at a beach property. Most of the cabinet space is empty, it felt like a low end rental unit. I agree with the other reviews we've read that the second bedroom is really an office. The bed is very stiff, only appropriate for children. And to put your clothes under the bed is very inconvenient given the bed is practically up against the wall.We have rented in this area 15 times over the past 20 years and have never been charged for damages. Exclusive 30A has made false claims about stains, I would stay away from renting with them.We will not be staying in this unit or renting from Exclusive 30A again.

Wonderful location!

We absolutely adored our stay in Watercolor at this condo! The location was absolutely fantastic, situated just across the street from the beach club and within close proximity to numerous shops and delightful restaurants. The condo itself was spacious and offered a great layout. While it would benefit from some repairs and updates, these minor issues did not detract from our overall enjoyment. The cushions on the furniture had a few tears, the french door leading to the patio wouldn't lock properly, and the cabinets showed signs of wear. However, we found the management company to be incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had. The only slight drawback we experienced was the placement of the community dumpster, which unfortunately was picked up before 6 am every day during our stay. Despite this minor inconvenience, our time at the condo was truly memorable and we cherish the wonderful memories we made there.
