Such a great place!

This 2 bedroom unit has everything you need for a great stay on AMI. Sophie (the owner) makes everything easy and is always available for questions. The beach is literally across the street and chairs, umbrella and towels are provided! This was my second stay and I will definitely be back

Perfection!

This place was exactly what we needed for a family vacation. It was a very quick distance to the beach, which was so nice. It wasn't a fancy condo, but had everything we needed to enjoy or time on the beach. I loved that their were chairs, floats and umbrella for us to utilize, since we couldn't bring those items. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Basic beach condo

If you’re solely looking for a beach condo with excellent proximity to the beach, this is it. The beach is right across the street and you can walk to everything on Bridge St. a half mile away; however, I’d definitely consider this a zero frill condo but expected given the price. If you’re someone who wants a relaxing and comfortable place in addition to convenience, unfortunately not your place. We were a bit disappointed with check in. We were told the condo was ready for us early; however, was never actually given check in instructions. I had to ask a couple times how to get a code or key to then find out the key would be inside for us ( which was fine but this should have been stated in advance). We were expecting a beach wagon, umbrella and chairs but there was only a single, broken chair at our condo door. We saw the other condos in the unit with several chairs. I had to specifically ask if there were any other chairs or umbrella to use since this was listed as an amenity. We were told they were kept outside under a specific stairway of the building ( after already being at the beach with nothing to use) . This should have been info provided right from the start and not when it was too late. I had read reviews indicating that the beds were not comfortable, but I thought no big deal. Well, the beds are truly awful, especially the 2 twin beds. One bed sat on a broken wheel and the other would creek every time my 35lb daughter moved in it! If you’re picky, I’d avoid

Summer Get Away

Our stay on this property was very nice. The owner was very attentive to all of my questions prior to and during our stay. The location was very nice. The only issue was the construction however, that was out of the owners control and it was not that big of an issue other than parking at times. We definitely recommend and would stay there again ourselves.

Perfect Peace

My stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect! Quick easy access to a peaceful clean beach. The property has parking on site so no concern there. There are plenty of places to dine and shop within walking distance. The property was clean and comfortable! And the property manager is great! She was responsive, friendly and ensured everything was set for my stay. I can't wait to stay here again!

Great Vacation Rental for Family!

This place was perfect for my family of 4! Two bedrooms, one having two twin beds for my 5 and 3 year old! Full bath and full kitchen, with washer and dryer. Beach right across the street and all the amenities you would need for entertaining children at the beach! I got the pleasure of meeting Sophie and she was so kind!

Walk to Beach!

Accomodations were very clean. Plenty of towels. Easy walk across the street to beautiful beach. Can walk to restaurants at Bridge Street. Great stay if you need a place to watch TV and rest your head after a beach day!

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved spending our honeymoon here. We were able to walk, or ride a bicycle everywhere we wanted to go. Waking up and having our coffee on the beach was amazing! It’s literally steps away. We will be back!

Great place for our beach weekend!

We stay every year for a long Father’s Day weekend. We have hit a run for the last 3 years where each year the owners have sold and we need to find a new “home”. Our place was the perfect size for our family of 4 and was really wonderful! The owner was so kind and helped us with one small issue that was somewhat out of anyone’s control. What a great option and we will definitely be back (as long as it isn’t sold which like I said had been our luck for the last 3 years!) :)
