Denna stuga ligger "på stranden" 3007 Avenue F, vacker Holmesstrand. Det är bottenvåningen (1 av 2). Stugan är mycket bekväm och sover 4 bekvämt med extra plats för utdragning. Denna pittoreska stuga är gömd bort på en återvändsgränd, bort från allt men ändå nära till shopping och restauranger.

Den har en komplett dusch / badkar, kök med allt du behöver och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Det är mycket pittoreskt och grunderna har vackra exotiska och tropiska växter. Du är bara några korta steg till stranden som har det vackraste blå vattnet och sandstränderna.

Det finns en vagn som plockar upp hela dagen och kvällen ett kvarter bort. Enheten är centralt belägen mellan Cortez Beach och Anna Maria Island där det finns shoppingområden, Ringling Brother's Museum och många restauranger.

Perfect little cottage on the beach!

Very clean, well stocked, and convenient cottage with a very short walk to the beach! Loved the separate a/c units and location too! Very nice and helpful owners!

GREAT PLACE, GREAT STAY!!

The property was so lovely and RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with our own private little path. It was so awesome, and the property manager, Raquel, was amazing! She was so helpful and super nice. I would definitely stay again!

Always Perfect

This is has been our 3rd year staying at this location which is simply perfect. A very short walk to the beach which is a plus. Everyone is so nice. Can’t wait to come back!

A bit retro, immaculately clean, and about a 50 ft walk to the beach. Met by the property mgr as we arrived, gave us the tour of the place and shared info about the island. We planning to return for another stay.

Beautiful view of the sea

Such a lovely location, right on the beach. Easy to get to the trolley stop or shops that were walkable distance from the unit. Loved seeing the sun set over the sea every evening and wake up and walk along the beach in the early mornings. Owner is very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Just a wonderful overall stay and would highly recommend.

Beach Bungalow Beauty

Due to uncontrollable circumstances we arrived quite a bit before check-in but Raquel was very accommodating so we left our bags and explored the island. The ground floor unit is exactly as advertised. This is an older cottage that has a charming, beachy feel. The updated beach chairs and outdoor furniture are a nice touch. If what you are looking for is a secluded spot with perfect beach access this is the place for you

Beautiful space

We absolutely loved the location of this place with nice little outside areas to relax or head right down to the beach!! Overall, the place was neat & tidy and while I'm not one to complain, the only real issue I had was the tile floor in entry could definitely use a scrubbing. We absolutely will be visiting again as the place pretty much met all of our requirements.

Great stay !

Great communication and direction to the property. It's an older place. Which was no problem for us. The price was right for an on the beach rental. After all, we spent more time on the beach than in the rental. The beach isn't overcrowded at their location either. We have a camp, so living in less than perfect conditions was not a problem. We'd stay there again !

Beautiful Beach Experience

The rental was a bungalow style.. The bunk beds were very creaky and definitely not for adults. Shower needs updated. Wi-Fi was great. Coffee on the beach was only a few steps away!

Beachgoers from childhood

My mom and I stayed here in August - yes it was hot, but everything was fantastic! The location is PERFECT - quiet, secluded and immediate access to the most beautiful beach I know of. I truly enjoyed my own bedroom, as I normally use a couch pull out. The AC worked beautifully, everything you could ever want was stocked in the kitchen and it was a very comfortable condo. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Perfect beach access

Nice little cottage for two. Friendly owner, clean and well supplied with everything you need. Our only negative is the kitchen floor. They need to replace it. Will stay again next year if they update the floor.

Fabulous Week!

Spent a week at this property and did not want to leave. All was as described in the listing. The cottage has everything you need from the full kitchen to plenty of towels for the beach. The location is amazing and we enjoyed being steps from the beach as well as being able to walk to local restaurants. Enjoyed meeting our upstairs neighbors and spending time with them on the beach. Will absolutely book again. Thank you to our hosts!

Tropical Paradis

The cottage needed upgrade in the bathroom area, tiles in shower area cracked/broken, molding around the bathroom exit door to outside had rott all along the floor area, in the bedroom the headboard on master bed appeared to be not attached to bed had to place a pillow between bed and wall to prevent it from knocking on the wall when sleeping, kitchen chairs had dried up food on the cushions that I actually had to wash off.. Needs up keep and TLC that would improve this rental.

Tropical vacation

This was a great location. Loved the beach! A couple of concerns. Bed in 2nd bedroom the mattress squeaked terribly. Couldn’t get Tv to work and electric in. Bath socket didn’t work. We loved the place though and hope to return.

Time of our lives!!!!!

Oh man, where do I start….. We arrived and was greeted with warm welcome from Racheal, who made sure we could get in okay and welcomed us. I thought that was very thoughtful❤️ The bungalow was older style but very clean and just perfect for our week stay. Then there is a path way to lead to heaven….the ocean!!!! The beach is very clean and quite and not busy like manatee beach in Anna Marie . The only down fall is NO SHELLS!!! ( Only littles) Thanksgiving was spent relaxing after I cooked us a good meal at the beach. Sunsets were amazing the orange rays were just breathtaking. The bungalow had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Unfortunately it is all just a memory now!!!!

Great Location...

This property is in a great location. You have restaurants and a grocery store very close and at the end of the street you can hop on the Trolly and ride around the island. It's really nice also that you walk out the door and it's just a short walk out to the beach. The house is spacious, there was plenty of room for our family of 4. But there are some things that could use some work. The beds are very uncomfortable but it could be an easy fix with a decent mattress pad put on top. The pillows are really thin and there were not enough of them. I had one child that didn't get a pillow and used a rolled up towel. This was also an instance where I'm glad my children travel with blankets because they needed them. There are things in the house that could use some updating but overall the place is clean.

Great location horrible plumbing

We spent two days battling plumbing issues and the general response was this is out of our control. If a shower does not drain and the toilet does not flush your cleaning crew should tell you. We spent all day Thanksgiving driving to CVS for restroom. Friday morning woke up at 7am to a plumber needing access to the toilet and power. We had a 4 hour pipe replacment to start day two. Told the owners and all they could say it was not their fault. You rent the place and don’t know the condition Inwould say that is in your control. Unfortunate Thanksgiving blundered, we will not be coming back. Yes

We prepaid for this property

But considering the hurricane damage, I tried calling the owner 3 times in two days to find out if it was damaged from the hurricane, left messages, and NO reply. So we drove 9 hours to go there and it was totally damaged place. I had to contact VRBO on this issue, since I took pictures of the place, showing the damage, I got a total refund. Good luck fixing your place...

We enjoyed our time at this cute place. We had all we needed to make our time enjoyable. Was a few steps to the beach. Most everything was in walking distance. The trolley was close by. We love the area. I would recommend.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose to buy this unit due to the fact it was located directly on the beach and it was a small condo unit of 2. It was also a short distance from where we live and allowed us to get out of the city and relax. Holmes Beach is absolutely beautiful all year round.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love relaxing on the beach and watching the evening sunsets. Mornings are usually filled with walks on the beach and collecting shells. We also love taking the trolley to Anna Maria island for dinner and shopping.
