Denna stuga ligger "pÄ stranden" 3007 Avenue F pÄ den vackra Holmes-stranden. Det Àr övervÄningen (2 av 2). Stugan Àr mycket bekvÀm och sover 4 bekvÀmt med extra utrymme. Denna pittoreska stuga Àr gömd bort pÄ en ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd, bort frÄn allt men ÀndÄ nÀra till shopping och restauranger.

Den har en komplett dusch, kök med allt du behöver och en tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare. Det Àr mycket pittoreskt och grunderna har vackra exotiska och tropiska vÀxter. Du precis pÄ stranden som har det vackraste blÄ vattnet och sandstrÀnder.

Det finns en vagn som plockar upp hela dagen och kvÀllen ett kvarter bort. Enheten Àr centralt belÀgen mellan Cortez Beach och Anna Maria Island dÀr det finns shoppingomrÄden, Ringling Brother's Museum och mÄnga restauranger.

Beautiful view, relaxing location and everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay at the beach. Holmes beach is one of the most beautiful beaches ive been to and we will be back.

Great location!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was quick to resolve the minor issue we had. We would be happy to return!

Home was dusty, vents were molded, flies were coming in through the master bedroom somehow. You get what you pay for though, so an affordable home with some touch ups needed.

Great location!

This was my wife, dog and my first time to Anna Marie Island. We all had a great time. The property was perfect. Great sunset views. Great location. We will come back!

The view!

Location and view! Clean, old Florida charm. Several beach chairs, one umbrella, wagon, pool noodles and cooler available for use for 2 units. Exactly as the photos showed, no surprises. Washer/dryer in unit, we came with only a backpack. I had several questions that host answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Million dollar view and location, mattress AWFUL:(

The view and location of this property was the absolute BEST. You can see the most beautiful sunsets from your very window and when you wake up in the morning you can see the most beautiful views of the gulf and dolphins. And it’s within close proximity to everything you would want to be near. It’s also peaceful and quiet

 however, we never got any good rest nor sleep because of the awful mattress(es) and it needs some updating inside. When you go on vacation you need to be able to rest and sleep ,which is more important than any of the above positives I mentioned.

Great accommodation, lousy owner communication

Clean throughout, nice partial beach view from balcony, easy beach access. If we could ignore the ugly response from the owner to a door locking problem the trip would have called for 5 stars all the way. In brief, we had initial trouble unlocking the door upon arrival, but finally got in. The code lock was loosely mounted and, apparently, the signal was weak. When attempting to lock the door to go out the first time it would not work. A light should show up on the key pad and an "unlock" or "lock" sound should be heard. The guest manual stated "text me for any issues" or similar words, so we did just that. The response was a GIF of a cartoon guy shrugging. Not only unhelpful, but arrogantly obnoxious, as was his subsequent ignoring of phone calls and texts requesting assistance that first day. During the entire nine day stay we had no follow up from any owner or representative. Consequently, despite having an overall pleasant time at the property we would not return. VRBO: take note.....your operation has the ability to either condemn this type of guest treatment, or remove the listing.

Proximity to beach was excellent. Condition of cottage mostly due to age was not so great. Floors were sloping, outside deck seemed very unstable, slider out to deck nearly came off its track when trying to open or close it and definitely needs to be replaced, sofa & chair in living room could use a good cleaning. Since the downstairs apartment is still under repair from hurricanes it was not occupied. Which was a good thing because we would have had to share the tiny, cramped parking space with other guests. We were very disappointed when a van full of workers came to the main house to stay & walk around smoking & drinking beer for the first 3 days of our stay. Their van blocked most of our little view of the water and we didn’t even want to sit on the deck with their constant presence outside.Dan, the maintenance man, provided excellent, fast service when called upon to address our issues.

My favorite stay on AMI

The location of this place was so convenient to everything. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door. They had beach chairs and towels for my stay and everything I needed inside the unit. It was great having washer and dryer and the thermostat was at a perfect temp all week. I honestly couldn't even tell you where the thermostat was in the unit, I never had to adjust it. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Anniversary

When we arrived there was a musty smell however my guess is from hurricane. Lots of things weathered but that’s expected. We needed outside plugin for golf cart however ended up running inside since all outside ones didn’t work. Overall it was an amazing view, beds comfy, had everything you coulld need. Would stay again.

Great location with a beautiful view

Quaint beach cottage tucked away from the hustle an bustle of the island. The upper unit had a spectacular view of the beach and sunsets.Communication with the property managers was great!We have already booked again for next year!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beach Getaway

We loved the location and the cute little "beachy" apartment but there were communication issues with host etc that led to the property not being ready for occupancy. Some issues were resolved but it left a "less than great" impression.
