60th Anniversary Gathering

So enjoyable! Swam, soaked in hot tub, ate ribs on patio had fine dining in dining room, played pool and liesurely enjoyed lounging before the TV. Bedrooms were adequate, beds comfy, nice linens. Two toilets needed help turning off the running water by lifting the handle after flushing. Shower & jet tub are dirty. Love spread around.

Awesome pool in great neighborhood

We traveled with three adults and an 8 year old. We had plenty of space. We loved the pool and the location. The property owner was on site to greet us and show us around and was very responsive. It was a great trip.

Family wedding

When we got there, the owner and the crew of workmen were there. They said they were getting it ready for their summer visitors they quickly got out and made it ready for us The house is large has great bones, but definitely needs an upgrade. We had an amazing time there. There’s a lot of room for a larger family to be there and the owner couldn’t have been nicer with his help. I would recommend it, but I would say don’t have high expectations because the size of it is perfect. But once again, it does need upgrades.

Great Place For a Trip

The property was an awesome place. We had 10 guys and all had plenty of room to sleep. The only down side was the fridge was not working properly. The homeowner was very responsive and brought over coolers and ice for us in the time being. It could have been a disaster if the homeowner wasn’t so responsive. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to take a trip with a large group.

great for our needs

We are in town for a wedding. The location and size of this verbo was perfect for our needs. We love the pool and the separation between living spaces and bedroom spaces. The host was very quick to answer the phone when I had a small issue with the code getting into the house. The only suggestion I would make for better presentation was a little landscaping out front. just cutting back trees and such. also some cosmetic things inside. nothing huge does not hinder your stay at all. The one thing advertised that we could not use was the hot tub. it works fine but had not been turned on in a while so the water was a bit misty smelling and out of balance. an easy correction for the host to turn on and balance a day or two prior to guest arrival.

Overall stay was pleasant. We had a problem with or original reservation/property, owner was very upfront and quickly moved us to another property. However, pretty outdated home. The back yard is perfect for a family. Very nice. Down stairs AC was not working properly, 78 degrees on Friday and Saturday in the house.

Staycation Home

We had a great experience with this property. Our only complaint is when looking for a home, we specifically wanted a hot tub wherever we stayed. This one advertised an indoor hot tub but when we arrived to the home, the hot tub was not working. We contacted the property manager and they told us the hot tub was broken. Wish we would have known about the hot tub being broken in advance.

Fun and games

We had a good family stay at the property. The pool was refreshing on a super hot weekend and we enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and theater seating for movie night. The best parts of this place are the ample common spaces and back yard. Very comfortable beds were also appreciated. The property host helped us with a check-in hiccup and provided prompt communication in the app. He also brought in a grill for our BBQ night. The place was clean. The hot tub was operational. I read several previous reviews and had the expectation that the home was a bit dated in places and needed some maintenance. While this was true, the good times had in the ample common areas and close proximity to shopping made for a nice weekend.

Beds were wonderful, be the is no way for 18 people. Light switches not working or lights in The back by the pool, pools needs cleaned and you shouldn’t advertise hot tub.. not working. Some storm doors are broken. Kitchen not stocked for very many. Sure not enough towels, we washed them our self, but took hours for towels to dry,

Girls weekend with no hot tub

Rented this property for a staff training event specifically because there was a pool AND a covered hot tub, that way even if there was poor weather we could relax but the hot tub didn’t work and owner didn’t care. Needless to say it did not turn out to be the relaxing weekend we had planned. Quite disappointed ;( messaged host and he either waited hours to respond or didn’t respond at all therefore issues were not resolved.

Family Visit

We booked this house due to location, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the pool and hot tub. Shortly before arrival we were informed the hot tub was out of service. We were very disappointed. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We lacked a can opener and a Mop. Something to note, there are two bedrooms without a bathroom and only 1 communal 1/2 bath. It wasn’t an issue for us but could be if sharing the house with people you don’t know. The property owner was accommodating with our request for early/late checkout due to the hot tub issue and the property manager promptly called me back when we had a Wi-Fi issue. Amazing neighborhood! We went for walks and it was beautiful!

Beautiful house, unfortunate stay

The house was beautiful but there were quite a few major things from the booking that were wrong. The owner and property manager were both still at the private property cleaning until 5:30. Many amenities were unavailable for use. This would Include things like the ice machine at the wet bar(which isn’t fully stocked, whatever that would mean, it’s conpletely empty) the pool was dirty, as was the hot tub. The owner had a cleaning crew come over with the promise it would be cleaned so we could use it for our stay, however the company came out for part of the evening and left with promises of returning the next day and never came back. It was a disgusting green color, and the hot tub had dead bugs floating all in it with no tools or implements to clean it ourselves. The theater room was amazing, and it single handedly saved the weekend. My group was looking forward to a poolside relaxing weekend getaway, but had to settle for a weekend indoors watching movies instead.

Great property.....disappointing management

This property has amazing views and potential to be an awesome vacation rental. However we had one issue after another with this property that prompted us to begin looking for lodging elsewhere. When we booked, notations in the app told us we could check in at 2pm(we have proof of that, and property manager confirmed that we were one of the last few booking with this possibility). We arrived at 3, to the property being lived in by the "owner": bed slept in, suitcase and clothes spread about, fridge and freezer full of food, trash about, and cameras inside the property. Said owner showed up about five minutes after we arrived, he is clearly monitoring the comings and goings via cameras. He said he would have the place ready immediately as he stays there between bookings. We left and came back closer to 5pm and still had to sit outside unable to access the property until well after 6pm. Calls to the property manager went unanswered, we later learned he was out of town. We also were told by the owner that he would be accessing the property while we were there to get into his office. This made us uncomfortable and after he realized we weren't backing down he stated he would stay away. We had to ask about the pool and hot tub as they had not been serviced, and he called someone out to handle it. Finally heard from property manager the next day when he sent the owner to remove the interior cameras. Overall this should have been a 5 star rating but because of miscommunications, poor management and essentially bad business it was a dismal rental and visit. The property for the most part is definitely worth it.....everything else overshadowed it.

Nice neighborhood but not what we expected

Things we were really happy with: 1. Property manager - was very responsive. Brought us a grill when requested the same day. 2. Property location - you probably won't find a better neighborhood than this for a rental. 3. Size of the house - it can accommodate a large group of people easily. Things we were not happy with: 1. Plumbing issues across multiple bathrooms. The water wouldn't flow normally in the sink. 2. Outdoor light in the backyard did not work. We had to go to the home depot to buy bright outdoor lights. One of the outdoor power outlet didn't work either. 3. Door code - the code stopped working all of a sudden and we had to contact property manager. 4. Trash - there was no space in the dumpster to dispose trash bags. 5. It's a nice house but is very old that needs a lot of maintenance work. The price you have to pay for this property is not worth what you get.

Would recommend this property for large group

Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access on corner lot, layout of house is great!, hot tub wouldn’t heat up and jets barely moved water but was no issue for us as we were busy with other things. There wasn’t enough bath towels for the number of people we had (18), but we had brought some extras and didn’t bother the owner with bringing more. (I’m sure they would have). Overall a very nice stay. Owner is super nice. Would definitely rent this again

Grandson’s 1st Birthday Celebration

We chose this property to accommodate our large family coming from multiple locations to celebrate my grandsons first birthday. Upon arrival, noticed the front door has broken glass all over that was taped up! Broken glass on the floor! Notified owner immediately but appeared he was already aware. This house only sleeps 8 comfortably. The extra 5th bedroom you read about in the hidden attic was probably close to 130 degrees. Had to prop something up agains that little mirror/door you go through to prevent that heat from escaping! The sliding door going from the entertainment room to pool does not work, forcing you to use the main living room entrance which there isn’t enough room to open the door all the way and enter. Imagine a dozen people and kids doing this all day from the pool to the house to use a bathroom located at the far end of the house! We had to bring in our own grill because the one at the property could not be used. Rusted and beyond filthy! The trash cans were completely full and the recycle bin was also overflowing with trash. We also spent about 2-1/2 hrs cleaning the oven so we could use it! There’s was so much food left in there it would started a fire. The amount of dead bugs on the floors says it all about the cleaning. Some of them had almost completely decomposed. A lot of safety hazards. Cords plugged in going over walking areas. Windows with no stops (open them and the fall immediately), You will need to proof all this for the little ones. If you don’t care about these things, then you’ll be fine here. Our expectations of a home in this type of neighborhood were much higher than this and quite frankly, If I lived in the neighborhood, I wouldn’t want this home in this condition and being rented , anywhere near me.
