Everything was great, but the property cost went up by 600 when we changed weekends. Other than that, everyone was impressed by the home and amenities.

Absolutely incredible place!!!! Even more beautiful than the pictures. Super quiet cul de sac, gorgeous open kitchen and living areas, the backyard is PERFECTION with a fabulous pool and hot tub overlooking the water. My kids never wanted to leave! Fishing had a ton luck and lots to see and catch. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. We do this trip every year and hope we are lucky enough to get this home next year as well.

Overall, the house fantastic! Very clean and the perfect location. The only complaint I have is we were hanging out by the pool one morning and someone just walked in the backyard to check the pool. No big deal, but would have been nice to know someone, let alone a man with a house full of girls coming to check on things. A message from the host or anyone for that matter would have been nice. But like I said, overall everything was great. Just didn’t appreciate someone coming into the backyard with no warning.

The heater in the hot tub and pool went out during our stay. They sent 2 different people to try to fix it with no avail. Luckily it was at a time when pool heat was unnecessary but we would have liked the hot tub. This was something outside of their control so we won't and shouldn't hold the owners responsible. Otherwise, the house is very nice and we had a great time. It is open with lots of room inside and plenty of area outside for R&R

The first level of the home is updated and nice, although lights are out or not working in the living room. The bedrooms are lacking in furniture. Nothing but the beds, no dresser or area to put anything except the closet to hang clothes. Upstairs needs to be refreshed for sure. No chairs in the rooms either. Cabinets have no handles in bathrooms, etc.

I will say the host was very quick to respond to all of our needs. When we arrived the house was dirty. The floors hadn't been swept, there was dishes in the dish washer, there was hair and makeup on one of the bedsheets. The pool and hot tub where dirty and cold. We spoke multiple time with the host and he was very quick to send some one to clean, and to turn the heat on for the hot tub.The pictures that caught our attention and made us choose this home were fairly accurate. The kitchen, and patio/pool area are beautiful. But the home and landscape are old and dirty, they are maintained beyond the beautiful kitchen. The furniture is dirty, the bedding is old. We travel alot and this was our worst experience. We were so disappointed.
Bathroom sink
Rusty, stained, gross tub
This is still the gross bathroom
Doors, trim, walls are all dirty and scuffed.
