Capitol House - Historiskt 3bed / 2bath hus nära OUHSC, State Capitol och Downtown

Vackert ombyggd hem bakom Governors Mansion i historiska Lincoln terrassen / medicinska samhällsområdet. Bygg i 1927 restaurerad år 2017. Massor av ursprungliga funktioner bevarade och kombinerat med modern bekvämlighet skapade en av de snäll egendom. Huset har 2700sf av bostadsyta plus stor källare som kan användas som stormkällare. Det finns en lägenhet på baksidan med ett badrum och kök och 1 Quinn-säng. Stor bakgård med däck / balkong och 4 bil tandem garage gör det bekvämt att parkera dina bilar och njut av utsidan. Huset är utrustat med helt nya möbler. Alla sängar har skummassor och täcken. Det finns en Keurig kaffemaskin och olika typer av kaffe för din njutning. Frontladdad tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din användning. Kabel-tv, wifi och några brädspel och böcker är för dig att njuta av när du bor i vårt hus. Alla rum är utrustade med takfläktar. Som en speciell kampanj ger vi dig gratis entrébiljetter till upp till sex personer till National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.

Sisters Trip

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Family vacay

Thirteen of us stayed here for 4 days. We had a blast. The backyard is surrounded by a privacy fence, so the 13 month old could venture with no worries. Property management responded quickly and house was very comfortable and clean. Beds are great.

Charming home

Home had so much character. Beautiful hardwood floors. It was easy to get to and from on the weekend. Don't know what it's like on weekdays. It was perfect for our "family with in-laws" situation.

Great location!

Overall great stay - location is great, safe neighborhood right by the Capitol building and not too far from the freeway Did ask for additional pictures of beds as we had a very large group and needed to make sure everyone would fit appropriately - host was communicative and helpful with all my questions - clearer instructions might have mitigated the need for additional questions Beds were comfy, AC worked great in the hot OK summer - it is well renovated but is an older home so just keep that in mind Added a pet last minute which they were also helpful with! Would def stay here again for larger groups in the OKC and surrounding area

Great house for family and friends

The house was perfect and very clean. The upstairs loft was great for the the 18 year old boys and the spacious bedrooms were perfect for the parents. The backyard apartment was perfect as well for the boys coach to stay in. The house was very close to downtown and we enjoyed our stay.

House was very spacious, kitchen was so wonderful to cook in. It was big and roomy.

We enjoyed the stay at the house the teenagers got their own apartment, separate from the house, the kitchen was so fun to cook again, the beds were so comfortable, lots of space to sit and talk. Have a wonderful time.

Great wedding stay!

This was a great house for our family when we were in Oklahoma City for my oldest son's wedding! We filled it up and we're still very comfortable. The Capitol building is a very short walk and was well worth the time to explore.

Fantastic house in OKC

Stayed here for four nights to attend College Softball World Series. House is exactly as shown. Very spacious with garage. Easy to get anywhere we wanted and we were within a 15 minute drive to pretty much anywhere. Owner was easy to reach and responsive when we checked in and checked out. Large fully fenced in backyard to exercise the dog was a huge plus. Would absolutely stay here again if in OKC.

3 Night Family Get Together in OKC

Interesting old (c. 1937) house in OKC, a block from the governor's mansion and walking distance from the capitol. Outside could use a little TLC but the inside was fine. Location is very convenient to the capitol and the Oklahoma History museum, both worth a visit, and short drives to other attractions. Unfortunately the governor's mansion was closed during our visit. Large fenced in yard which was great for our dog and grandkids, also had the ability to park a few cars in the garage, an unusual perk for a vacation rental. Property manager was helpful and responded quickly to a trash can issue. Only complaint, no fault of the property, was the stupid wind turbine by the governor's mansion. No problem under normal conditions, but two of the three nights we had gale force winds that caused the turbine to make an ungodly amount of noise and vibration. Woke me up several times thinking I was on the edge of an active helicopter landing pad. Otherwise we had a great visit in OKC.

Home away from home

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The home had plenty of room for my 2 adult sons, daughter in law, granddaughter, brother in law and his two teenagers, my husband and myself. It was centrally located. Minutes from downtown and the airport. It was nice to have a place to visit with our guests from out of town too. Charming historic home.

We all loved the house. The neighborhood is very unique. Took a walk to the Capital. Just a great time was held by all. Location was convenient. We would stay here again.
