Wonderful spacious apartment in lovely Port de Soller

We had a great vacation in Port de Soller, also thanks to the spacious and well equipped apartment. The landlord Paolo was very helpful and awaited us upon our arrival in this wonderful 2-storey apartment, situated in the old part of Port de Soller. Everything, from booking to returning the keys when leaving, worked perfectly fine. As we stayed 2 weeks we got new towels and bed linen after one week. Paolo had arranged for oranges, so we could enjoy freshly pressed orange juice directly after our arrival. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we definitely will come back to Port de Soller

Exceptional

From booking, to arriving excellent communication with Paolo and Cati.The house is perfectly located, a few steps from the marina, restaurants and tram station and beach. The area is stunning. The house is deceptively spacious and maintained to a high standard. Blown away by the views! Paolo and Cati are the perfect hosts. Grocery pack on arrival as well as everything conveniently provided; tea, coffee, kitchen cleaning products, bathroom toiletries etc.Huge bowl of oranges left for us provided us with fresh juice each morning! Can’t wait to return!! Thank you so much.

Lovely family stay

Lovely stay, house is very quiet, clean and spacious and has absolutely everything you would need (including beach toys for the children). Hosts left some supplies for when we arrived which was great. Very close to everything, really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, great property

Fantastic location near to the beach, bars & restaurants but very quiet day & night so ideal for us. Large property with excellent kitchen filled with everything you could need. The host provided a bowl of oranges & we had freshly squeezed orange juice which was delicious. There was water & wine in the fridge & loads of extras like tea, coffee pods & oils etc. very well equipped house in good condition. Would highly recommend

Really great apartment!

The apartment was very much up to expectation, even better in a few cases. If you like soft beds prepare for that the beds are a little bit on the harder side otherwise than that they were great. I would recommend this place for others to rent...

Beautiful home, exceptionally clean & well-equipped. Hosts were very accommodating while also respectful of privacy. Location was perfect and the free parking was a great bonus. Port de Soller was a wonderful home base from which to explore the island. We loved every minute! Highly recommend

A perfect location

It was so lovely staying in a traditional house overlooking the marina. It was quiet but only a short walk to cafes, bars and amazing restaurants. It was a perfect week and we can’t thank Paolo and his wife enough for being perfect hosts. We will definitely be back!

Perfect in every way

Our sincere thanks to Catalina & Paolo for making our stay at Puerto Soller in Mallorca most pleasant.The house has been modernised and has everything you could possibly require for your use. My husband and I were with friends and found the house was very spacious and outside sitting area was adequate for our needs. Catalina and Paolo, the hosts, were close to hand and available should the need arise A wonderful time was had by us and we would recommend to family & friends who like self catering holidays.

Great and quiet spot

Nice old house with a fantastic view from the bedrooms. Really great beds. Fully equipped kitchen and fresh fruit when we arrived. One of the showers 1. floor didn’t work so good. Paolo is very flexible and nice. We had a wonderful time.

Lovely house

A lovely village house next to the fishing port of Port de Soller. The house was equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen had everything for cooking, there were beach towels available, umbrellas, games and dvds... Paolo was a great host and just lives upstairs if you need him. The house was very spacious with views over the port. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this house.

Tolle Wohnung - tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Zur Begrüßung gab es Käse, Schinken, Brot und frisches Obst und Tomaten von unserem sehr netten Vermieter Paolo. Die Lage ist super. Vom oberen Stockwerk aus kann man den gesamten Hafen überblicken. Nach ein paar Schritten erreicht man die ersten Restaurants und die Promenade. Mehrere kleine Supermärkte sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Wohnung und Port de Soller absolut empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes und sehr großes Haus, optimale ruhige Lage, super Aussicht, ideal für Familie 2 E/ 2 K

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Direkt am Hafen und in der Stadt, und den Berg hoch unser Lieblingsrestaurant Nautilus in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Paolo hat uns klasse versorgt, zu Beginn standen Brot, Öl, Tomaten, Schinken und Käse sowie einige Orangen und Wasser bereit. Er wohnt über uns, wenn wir etwas brauchten, war er sofort da. Das Haus ist vollständig, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so ähnlich stelle ich mir Airbnb vor. Einziges Problem ist die Anfahrt. Das Haus liegt in einer absoluten Fußgängerzone, es ist auf keinen Fall mit dem Auto erreichbar! Aber es gibt eine einfache Lösung: Im Navi die „Cantina Marinera“ eingeben, lt. Google maps „Carrer de la Marina 63“. In anderen Navis (oder z.B. bei TripAdvisor) kann das auch „(La) Cantina Marina“ und „Calle Mariner 62“ heißen ... Im Bereich der Cantina parken oder an ihr vorbeifahren, dahinter ist ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz auf einem früheren Hafenpier. Alles weiß gekennzeichnet, also dauerhaft freies Parken. Aussteigen und Gepäck zur Cantina schleppen, an der Treppe links daneben wartet Paolo auf Euch! Und dann fängt der Urlaub an!

A fabulous place to stay

This place was great for our family of four with two teenage girls. It's a lovely large very well equipped and comfortable house perfectly located for everything you may possibly want. The owner Paolo was lovely and very helpful. Everything went perfectly smoothly right from the start which was wonderful and we had an amazing time in such a great place. Thank you.

Gemütliches Haus mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen

Wir wurden herzlich von Paolo empfangen. Die Verständigung lief problemlos auf Englisch. Seine Frau und er haben uns zur Begrüßung frisches, einheimisches Obst, Brot, Wein und Wurst hingestellt. Das Haus ist vollständig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat allen Komfort mit kompletter Küche mit Spülmaschine, 2 Bäder, Waschmaschine und alles funktioniert! Vor dem Haus steht ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, wo wir morgens in der Sonne gefrühstückt haben mit phantastischem Blick über die Bucht, die Schiffe,den Strand und die historische Straßenbahn. Am Haus selbst ist es ruhig, 50 Meter weiter sind die Lokale für jeden Geldbeutel. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrradverleih vor Ort Schade , dass wir nur 1 Woche zur Verfügung hatten,wir kommen gerne wieder.
