Puerto de Soller ligger i en naturlig hamn cirka 4 km från den vackra byn Soller.
Typiskt och lugnt hus med fantastisk utsikt över havet och bergen och fantastiska terrasser som får solen från tidig morgon och perfekt för att fånga solen och koppla av. Det erbjuder 3 sovrum, 1 badrum och 1 toalett, vardagsrum, välutrustat kök och terrasser.
Huset är väldigt tyst och är en idealisk plats att åka med vänner och familj för en avkopplande semester. För de mer energiska är platsen idealisk för cykling eller vandring. Oavsett vad du föredrar är det bara att inte missa de fantastiska solnedgångarna!
Även på sommarens höjd förblir huset relativt svalt tack vare sitt unika läge och bris som passerar igenom. Som ett resultat är luftkonditionering inte nödvändigt.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely five nights in this apartment in Soller. Great views of the bay and so close to the port. The sun shone, our host was very helpful and the house was a good place to stay.

Perfect

Great location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Nice view over the bay and large balcony for dinners. The house had everything we need including toys and toys for the beach. We will definitely come back.

Very Spacious and Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent with quick and easy access to markets, shops and restaurants. There is a lot of space, more than we needed, with great outdoor seating and views. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the loud music from the Port on Friday and Saturday nights, but that would be true for any property in this general area. Great!!

This is a large well situated villa in the Port. It is looking a little tired in places but good value for its size and location and has a wonderful view across the Port.

Great location

Surprisingly large apartment with great views from the terraces on all sides of building. Close to local restaurants and bars in the town centre, with easy access to public transport for days out in the surrounding villages. Highly recommend getting a take away paella from the shop nearby (still in the pan) and watching the sun set over the bay from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location

This house was in an excellent position to enjoy port de soller and we had a super break . The host provided cot, high chair and toys for our infant . Messages with the host were promptly answered and helpful . There are several steps to access the property which might be an issue for those with impaired mobility. The interior decor is slightly tired. The shower was partially broken and one of the toilets was difficult to flush . Overall a lovely stay. .

The property is in a great location we were cycling so having a secure garage for bike storage was great the outside patio was excellent with lovely views over port de Soller 2 mins walk to front The property needs investment a lot of things we touch broke - handles on does etc it could be brilliant but owners should repair it better

Visiting Port de Soller

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is well located having lovely views of the bay, but with only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The large terrace is a great asset for dining outside. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and decorated in a traditional style. The kitchen is well stocked, although a few more mugs for hot drinks would have been useful! Overall a good base from which to explore Port de Soller and its beautiful surrounding countryside.

Great place, even better location

Lovely house - loads of space, amazing views, a sun trap. Stunning location - 2 mins to the beach. The people we dealt with were great (they even found and posted some headphones we left by mistake). There were a few creepy crawlies in the house, so not for the squeamish. And it was quite warm in the evenings, even with a fan. Overally, one of the best places we've stayed - a cracking spot.

Huge beautiful villa in a perfect lication

We stayed here for 9 nights in June. I was expecting an apartment, and instead found that this was a three storey, detached villa! It’s huge! The views from the villa are amazing with a perfect terrace for having breakfast/lunch/dinner outside watching the sea. The new bathroom is lovely, the kitchen was fully stocked and great to cook in. There is a washing machine, ironing board, WiFi etc- it's really a home from home with everything you could need. The location, 2 minutes walk to the beach is great and there are so many restaurants near by. It is also silent at night time in a very quiet neighbourhood. My only bit of constructive criticism would be that the beds are very squeaky and it would be helpful to look at replacing these at some stage. And a little booklet with information for guests including the WiFi code, what to do with the bins etc would be helpful. 10/10 stay- thank you!

convenient location, spacious

We were three adults and the apartment was very spacious. We spent most of our time when at the apartment on the terrace. We cooked most nights (there's an excellent inexpensive fish shop two blocks away) and found almost all the equipment we needed. Your a short walk to shops, restaurants, the beach. The bus stop is about an 8 minute walk, taxi stand 5 minutes. Others have mentioned the smell. It seems to be caused by the house having been unoccupied. It dissipates the 2nd day. If you need an upscale bathroom, you will be unhappy. It's older, though clean. It didn't bother us. We liked the homey atmosphere of a house obviously used by the owners. We'd book it again.

Great location in large, family friendly house

The house is in a great location, just down the stairs to one of the side streets leading down to the front with lots of cafes, restaurants and the beach and promenade. Close to tram stop and supermarkets. Very quiet neighbourhood. The house itself is very spacious and even bigger and nicer than the photos, we were a family of 4 adults and one three year old and there was plenty of space. The house of friendly child friendly with lots of toys and books as well as a cot, barrier for bed, and lots of child suitable crockery and cutlery which was all very useful and much appreciated. We didn’t really have an issue with the bathroom as others have noted. Beds a little creaky but you get used to it! The back door from the kitchen jams and you can’t open it fully, maybe a note to the owners to have that looked at as the glass looked very close to smashing the first time we tried to open it without realising the issue! Overall a great stay, would certainly recommend.

Fantastisk villa

Villaen overraskede positivt, den var kæmpe stor og lækker terrasse. Villaen var kølig, så vi brugte ikke A/C. Køkkenet var meget veludstyret og alt fungerede. Villaen lå tæt på havnen og centrum. Dog kunne vi godt have brugt et par liggestole! Ellers levede villaen fuld op til forventningerne.

Dejligt rummelig lejlighed med skøn beliggenhed. Det ville være ekstra godt med nogle solsenge til terrasserne og madrasserne i flere af sengene kunne godt trænge til en udskiftning.

Kakerlaken

Eigendlich eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Terasse , Draußendusche und Meerblick. Jedoch befinden sich in der Wohnung Kakerlaken , die vorallem wenn es dunkel wird nach drinnen kommen und sich über die ganze Wohnung verteilen (etwa 15 Stück) sodass schlafen ,essen sowie duschen sehr eklig war und uns viele nerven und Zeit gekostet haben zumal die Tiere fliegen können. Die Mitarbeiter von FeWo zeigten sich jedoch kooperativ und haben Schritte dieses Problem zu beheben eingeleitet und uns ebenfalls eine Aufwandsentschädigung zukommen lassen. Die Spülmaschine hat auch nur sehr schlecht funktioniert , weshalb mein Tipp ist, direkt mit der Hand zu spülen. Insgesamt war es aber trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub mit geringen Kosten. Ohne die Kakerlaken würde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Lage sehr schön, Wohnung gemütlich, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Kakerlaken als Mitbewohner

Positiv: Wohnung an sich ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Terrasse schön groß mit tollem Blick, auch die 2 nach vorne gelegenen Schlafzimmer haben schöne große Fenster mit Weitblick, die Lage ist wirklich gut, man ist schnell unten am Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe; Kommunikation im Vorfeld war gut; da Putzfrau bereits fertig war, durften wir etwas früher in die Wohnung Negativ: Wie von anderen bereits berichtet ist insbesondere das Bad nicht mehr schön (an einer Stelle fehlen schon ein paar Fliesen), fürs Duschen in der Badewanne wäre ein Vorhang o.Ä. nicht schlecht; in einigen Zimmern zum Teil schlechter Geruch (v.a. Bäder), aber nicht durchgehend; Betten waren nicht mehr die jüngsten (z.T. recht lautes Knarren); Es gab keinen Schlüssel für die Tür zum Treppenhaus Richtung Garage, zu dem im ersten Stock auch noch ein weiterer Zugang existiert; Sauberkeit war eigentlich in Ordnung, aber wir hatten fast jeden Abend ein zwei wirklich große Kakerlaken in der Küche im Bereich der Spüle (zu Anfang auch noch weitere in anderen Räumen), was für meinen Geschmack sehr unappetitlich war... Keine "Sonnenliegen" für die Terrasse vorhanden Hinweis betr. Garage: In der Garage liegt ein Holzbalken als Einparkhilfe (Einfahrt liegt an abschüssiger Straße - je nach Auto und Winkel des Einfahrens sonst ggf. Gefahr des Aufsetzens)

Als je niet teveel eisen stelt aan een accomodatie dan is dit een prima huis om in te verblijven . Enig achterstallig onderhoud vindt je er terug waar wij doorheen kijken maar het zou een dingetje kunnen zijn voor iemand die de lat iets hoger legt . Op loopafstand van winkels en een gezellige boulevard . Prima uitvalsbasis voor fietsers en verhuur van fietsen op loopafstand . Tevens taxistanadplaats in de buurt . Wij heben ons prima weten te vermaken ....zouden het nog wel eens boeken als we weer naar Port Soller zouden gaan .

Schöne Zeit, leider mit Einschränkungen!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, die Größe, die Terrasse und die Ausstattung der Küche ( bis auf die extrem stumpfen Messer) waren wirklich richtig gut, allerdings waren die Spülmaschine und der Backofen kaputt, die Duschsituation war auch sehr schlecht gelöst, es gab keinen Vorhang, so dass es regelmäßig zu kleinen Überschwemmungen kam ( zum Glück gab es hinterm Haus was zum wischen), die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und ein bisschen mehr Sauberkeit wäre auch nicht schlecht. Unser Fazit: mit den beschriebenen Mängeln ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt

sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

sehr gut gelegene große Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Port de Sóller. Ruhige Umgebung, kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Strand + Selbstversorgung. Ideal als Startpunkt für Wanderungen/ Transfer mit dem Bus (Starthaltestelle in 700 m Entfernung). WLAN vorhanden und auch stabil :-). Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich vorhanden, Frühstück am Morgen auf der Terasse ganz sicher ein Highlight. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war der schon abgewohnte Charakter. Die Ausstattung der Küche war bunt gemixt. Leider hat der Geschirrspüler+ (Back)-Ofen seinen Dienst verweigert, haben zumindest keine Beschreibung gefunden, wo/wie der Strom zu den Geräten kommen soll. Die beiden Geräte waren ohne Funktion. Möglicherweise kann es aber auch an mir gelegen haben. Es wäre eine Anregung, dass eine kleine Mappe mit den wichtigsten Dingen/Beschreibungen bereit gestellt ist. Die Bäder könnten eine kleines update vertragen. Der Zugang ist über eine Schlüsselbox gelöst. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn auch der Zugangscode mitgesendet worden wäre/der am beschrieben Platz hinterlegte Schlüssel war nicht zu finden. Das Telefonat zum Anbieter hat schlussendlich das Problem gelöst.
