This cozy apartment has been totally recently refurbished. It offers an open plan kitchen, fully equipped, with a large and light living-dining room, 1 bedrooms with double bed, and 1 bathroom with shower.

Located in front of the sea with indescribable views, on the first floor of the building, offers a perfect location. All the bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach are in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The way to the apartment is either up or down quite a number of steps.

The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven/microwave, and all the items you might need to spend a lovely and relaxing time in a perfect location.

Nice apartment with a great view

My partner and I stayed a week in this apartment while working from "home". It was located in close proximity to the harbor and restaurants, and the apartment itself was clean and had perfect size for two people. The view from the kitchen table was amazing! I would definitely book this again if we come back!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit neuer Küche und neuem Bad. Ein sehr schöner Blick auf die Bucht, der Hafen mit Restaurants etc. in 2/3 Minuten über einige Treppen erreicht, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Einzig die Heizung war bei unserem Aufenthalt im März teilweise überfordert und es war morgens/abends sehr frisch. Wir können die Ferienwohnung ansonsten uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Diese Unterkunft war in einer tollen Lage und sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie bot alles was man benötigt. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wonderful timeout

We booked the apartment as a quiet retreat after the holidays. The place is really nice, the location is great as you will get the morning sun right into the apartment, the big windows let you relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is well equipped and has the basic utensils. Two ACs/heatings help you during the off season when the weather is a little bit colder. There was parking lot right in front of the apartment which, at least when we were there, had always space.Overall we had a great stay and would come back!

Beautiful view and great location

The apartment is nice and the view is beautiful. As indicated in other reviews, there are many steps to climb to reach it so it’s not for anyone with reduced mobility. The place was clean and kitchen was fairly well equipped. AC worked well. There is no washer-dryer but there’s a laundromat nearby. I stayed there for 9 nights. Plan to bring your shampoo snd soap. Some small suggestions for the management: more towels for an extended stay, more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper, check bedding for stains between guests, building outside needs paint and attention. Overall I would recommend this place.

Wonderful appartment

The apartment has a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the port. Inside it was dazzlingly clean, there is air conditioning in every room, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There are several pans, pots, all in excellent condition and a lot of kitchen equipment that will allow you to prepare something at home. Down to the esplanade you walk about 2-3 minutes and we have all the excellent restaurants. From Virginia who wonderfully helped us with all of them we also got a guide to the best, selected restaurants. Staying in Port de Soller and this apartment was a wonderful experience. Thank you for all :)

Heel fijn apartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. Locatie gunstig, en parkeren voor de deur (meestal is er plek, maar het kan druk worden).

Fantastic Apartment in Port Soller!

My wife and I stayed here in July and had an amazing time staying in Port Soller. The apartment was clean, tidy and modern and had all the ameneties you could need. It's a short walk to the port where there are lots of great bars and restaurants and has local parking within 30m which was excellent. Would 100% recommend booking this apartment if you are visiting Port Soller.

Great Holiday in Port de Soller

This property is exactly as described. It is quite a steep climb to get there and the outside of the apartment block is a bit tired but the actual apartment is very clean and comfortable with everything you could want for your stay. The location, just up off the front near the port is perfect. The beach is a five minutes walk and there are lots of good bars and restaurants. We were keen to walk every day and the GR221 offered lots of hikes of different lengths and difficulties, all good under foot and well marked. We had an excellent holiday in Port de Soller.

Schöne Aussicht

Nachdem wir die 100 Treppenstufen erklommen und uns vom Anblick der Wohnanlage nicht haben abschrecken lassen, fanden wir eine sehr helle, angenehm funktional eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Berge, den Ort und die Bucht vor. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die bereits beschriebenen Mängel in der Küchenausstattung hat ein freundlicher unsd hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter zeitnah behoben. Vermisst haben wir mehr Möglichkeiten, nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen und Wanderkleidung zu lüften.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Für spanische Verhältnisse gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Es war jedoch nur ein Topfdeckel vorhanden. Die Pfannen waren leider in einem desolatem Zustand. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist wirklich wunderschön. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist "etwas in die Jahre gekommen" und müsste außen neu gestrichen werden. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wonderful Apartment close to the harbour

Our stay in Port de Sollér and especially in this lovely flat was fantastic. The few from the livingroom to the harbour was every morning a pleausure and the way to the restaurants and supermarkets quite short. The apartment hat everything we need and we would definitively book it again. Thanks for the great stay!!

Perfect oasis in Port de Sóller

This is my second time staying at one of Virginia’s properties and both have been wonderful! She is very thoughtful with her properties and they all are just fully equipped with anything you might need - towels for the beach, umbrellas, grocery baskets. The kitchen is no exception and if you’d like to cook a bit you’ll have all the things you need to do so. The view from the property is stunning. I really can’t say enough good things! Stay here — you will be in island bliss.

Vacay with a view :-)

Wir haben uns über unseren 10 tägigen Aufenthalt super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet (1:1 so wie auf den Bildern) und der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Zum Einkaufen empfehlen wir mit dem Bus nach Soller zu fahren. Das ist super einfach und deutlich günstiger als alles im Ort zu kaufen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Com a casa

Decoracions molt cuidades i actuals, netíssim, vistes impressionants, tranquil, pràctic. La usada i les escales d’accés a 35 graus es fan notar, però a Port de Sóller és difícilment evitable! Després només un tram fins al primer pis i ja a gaudir de l’aire acondicionat i de les vistes :-)
