Om boendet

Vacker lägenhet med två sovrum och två badrum. Det andra rummet är utrustat med våningssängar och vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa så att upp till 5 personer kan rymmas i denna lägenhet. Lägenheten imponerar med sin trevliga och ljusa atmosfär. Den öppna loungen / matsalen med öppet kök leder direkt till den täckta terrassen med fantastisk panoramautsikt över bukten, de omgivande bergen och till och med den historiska kyrkan Sóller. För solälskare leder en trappa till den privata terrassen och viloplatsen. Poolen är perfekt för barn. För att komma till stranden bara gå nerför trappan och korsa gatan. Observera att det finns tillräckligt med steg för att nå lägenheten, så den passar inte för personer med funktionshinder.

Fantastic week away

Property is as described. A little dated throughout but location makes up for it. AC works a dream and the property has breathtaking views. There are about 110 stairs up from the street which as fit adults we found tiring, so would avoid if you’re not in good health. The building work next door was quite loud for the majority of our stay and we weren’t informed about this until after booking (which I think is a bit naughty). The workmen also blocked our parking space for 5 out of 7 days. We probably would not have booked had we known about the construction as it was our 1 week away all year so wanted some peace and quiet. The apartment comes with lots of beach equipment, a baby monitor and mosquito plugs which were an added bonus!

Fabulous apartment with great views

This is a great apartment with brilliant views of the port and an amazing roof terrace, spoilt by only 2 things. First is the construction next door. Mallorca Dream Homes did advise us of the work so we knew in advance of arrival. Also presumably this will end at some time (not any time soon by the look of it) so this is not an ongoing issue. The second issue for us and something we were aware of also was the 102 steps to the apartment. As relatively fit, healthy people we didn’t think this would be a problem but with an 11 month old baby, pram plus paraphernalia it was very hard work and every trip out had to be planned rather than just being able to “pop out”. for this reason alone we regretably wouldn’t return to this apartment.

Wunderbarer Osterurlaub

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern im Alter von vier, acht und zehn Jahren) hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit auf Mallorca. Das Appartment war sauber und das Kinderzimmer mit den drei Betten war perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Die große Dachterrasse fanden alle super, aber auch das tägliche Frühstück auf der überdachten Terrasse. Die Aussicht ist einfach großartig. Die Kinder und wir haben die Nähe zum Meer sehr genossen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, so dass wir die 10 Tage ohne Mietwagen ausgekommen sind. Die 125 Treppenstufen waren für uns kein Problem. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war ein kleiner Tritt oder Hocker, damit unser Vierjähriger das Waschbecken selbständig nutzen könnte. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen oder noch einmal buchen.

Just perfect!

We stayed in this complex before and appreciate the great location right next to the sea and lots of restaurants as well as the breathtaking views. But this apartment surpassed our expectations with its beautiful furniture and the two perfectly equipped terraces! Will definitely come back and look forward to it :)

Spacious Apartment, Stunning Views

Our week long stay at the apartment was just what we needed. From the start Maria at Mallorca Dream Homes was hugely helpful in arranging our transfers, we cannot thank her enough. Everything was just as we had hoped. The apartment was well decorated, very clean, well equipped (plenty of hangers, which was a nice surprise) very comfy and in a great location. The beds (1 double, 1 single, 1 bunk and also one other single mattress underneath the bunk) are very comfy, plenty of seating inside and out. Well equipped kitchen with all you need. The aircon worked very well, which was needed due to the high temperatures. The standout elements of the apartment were the outside spaces, the large covered balcony and roof terrace offer stunning views of the bay and the mountains. The pool was a great addition for cooling off, surrounded by trees, very nice setting. As mentioned, there are quite a few steps to the property, just worth bearing in mind if you struggle with stairs. Port de Soller is a safe, lovely place, very relaxed with many places to eat, we did not have a bad meal all week. The beach is very nice, with shallow water fairly far out, so great for children. The tram to Soller runs very frequent and is worth a visit. We are happy to recommend the apartment, we shall be rebooking for next year.

Perfect place for our family holiday

We had an amazing stay and just loved the Apartment. Perfectly located just at the end of the main strip and seconds from the beach. Several amazing places to eat and drink very close by. The town itself is stunning and the perfect size. Have nothing but positives to say about the apartment or the town…. We will be back!!!

Amazing apartment with beautiful view

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the apartment. It was clean, well equipped and the 2 outside terraces were great. The views over the bay are amazing. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment which is described in the advert - the view from the apartment is worth the climb!! We hope to be back very soon. Thank you :)

Perfect for 10 days and x2 adts and x1 teenager. Location great for beach and some restaurants. Marina a decent walk for cafes and more restaurants. Stairs to apartment not a orobkem if fit a d mobile. Apartment decorated nicely and comfortable beds. X2 bathrooms ok. Showers fine. Kitchen well equiped although pots etc could be better organised. Loved balcony and roof terra e.

Very nice appartement with a great view

We were very satisfied with our stay in the appartement. The place had a very good location near the Beach and restaurants and with a beautiful view over Port de Soller and reasonable distance from Palma and other places to visit on the Island. There is many stairs up to the appartement but we got used to it. The appartement was clean and had all What we needed.

Lovely apartment, great location

We loved our week in this apartment. Wonderful views, every room view of the sea. Spacious, confortable and so well equipped. Es Reco beach bar just below the apartment a favourite. Lots of lovely places to eat. Nice sunny top terrace. Mallorcan holidays very helpful, arranged our return taxj. A place we would definnately return to.

Keurig netjes prachtig uitzicht

Appartement is prima en keurig verzorgd, wel wat gedateerd , slechte WiFi en de be nummering van de appartementen erg onduidelijk daardoor moeilijk te vinden bovendien ligt het op 122 traptreden lopen , dit wordt nergens vermeld en is dus nauwelijks te bereiken voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn

Prima Urlaub auch in CV19 Zeiten

Alles passte - vom Flug über ein vorbestelltes Taxi für 50 EUR (taximallorca365) zur Schüssel Übergabe bis in die Unterkunft (die Mietwagen Preise waren gerade unglaublich hoch). Dort angekommen, gleich einen Sekt auf der Dachterrasse mit Abbrausmöglichkeit nach dem Brutzeln und Top-Bucht-Berge-Blick. Im Apartment selbst ist alles vorhanden, sogar ohne Ende Strand Handtücher. Und eine grosse elektrische Orangenpresse für den Frühstückssaft. Der kann dann auf der 2. großzügigen Terrasse mit großem Tisch und großartigem Blick getrunken werden. Internet läuft auch - ach ja - und im Eisfach wartet schon ein Weinkühler. Die Kilmaanlage hatten wir nicht an. Sie ist aber da. Der Ort selbst war, zumindest in diesem Mai, keine Partylocation, Outdoor Bars und gute Restaurants sind ausreichendst vorhanden. Sollte das mit diesen CV19 Tests für den Rückflug noch länger Bestand haben, direkt in Port de Soller neu aufgemacht und fußläufig in der Carrer d'Antoni Montis 8 hat eine kleine Testpraxis. Über 15minutetest.com/es/de für 30 EUR Termin buchen, 15 Minuten nach dem Antigen-Test war das Ergebnis, an einem Samstag!, auf dem Handy. Also, alles in allem, prima!

Schöne Wohnung aber mit Einschränkungen

Insgesamt haben wir einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht, würden das Objekt jedoch nicht nochmal buchen. Positiv war die ingesamt gute Ausstattung, der schöne Blick sowie der gute Service der Agentur. Negativ muss man leider den ungepflegten Zustand der Dachterrasse, viele überfällige Reparaturen und die die zahlreichen persönlichen Gegenstände der Eigentümer in der Wohnung vermerken. Wie bereits einem vorherigen Kommentar zu entnehmen ist, sind die vielen Treppenstufen auch nicht ohne.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung :)

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko: Man muss zunächst rund 125 Stufen steigen, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Der Blick entschädigt aber für alles.

Selve boligen var perfekt.

Dejlig og hyggelig lejlighed. Mangler dog flere ting i køkkenet hvis man selv vil lave mad et minus for os. Parkeringspladserne der hører til kan ikke bruges da de er alt for små.
