Découverte de Majorque

Maison villageoise très agréable, bien située et disposant de tout le nécessaire. Le lave-vaisselle est toutefois défectueux, et trouver une place de parking est un véritable défi ! Les agents sont aux aguets, vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre le moindre retard. Nous avons eu 5 amendes, alors que nous étions résidents durant une semaine. A part ça, la région est splendide, bénie des dieux ! La prochaine fois, je fais tout en train, à pied, à vélo et en bateau

Excellent property

Great stay, house was well equipped and clean and in an excellent location. Facilities were excellent and information about the area and amenities was clear and helpful. Bathrooms and kitchen looked new and well equipped.Only downside was building works across the road so people in front bedrooms would benefit from ear plugs. Only a few mins walk to the local square and not too far from the bus stop to Palma or the port.Would definitely go back.

Another great stay in Soller

We had a lovely week in this house. The weather was cold and without central heating it was hard to heat the house, but we knew that would be the case. Electric heaters and warm blankets were provided and the host kindly put them on before we arrived. This is a lovely property, full of character and in a great location. Excellent communication from host.

Très bon séjour

La maison est formidable, atypique, immense trés jolie et tout les équipements nécessaires sont présents. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et tout s'est très bien passé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le seul point negatif est le parking, si vous venez en voiture, les places sont difficiles à trouver. Très satisfait de notre séjour.

Große Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft, es hatte also jeder sein eigenes Zimmer. Auch die Bäder sind schön groß. Die Küche hat eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toster und hat die Grundlagen, die man zum kochen braucht. Die Terrasse wirkt auf den Bildern größer, aber für 3-4 Leute reicht es. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Soller, Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft!

Magnífica estancia

A destacar la limpieza y la ubicación de la vivienda. El pueblo de Sóller es precioso. Por poner algun pero, la cerradura de la puerta falla bastante, gracias al vecino que nos ayudó engrasandola. Echamos en falta una fregona.

Leider Baulärm

Das Stadthaus ist schön. Liegt aber an einer, für Soller Verhältnisse, stark befahrenen Straße. Gegenüber war leider eine Baustelle mit sehr starken Lärm, so dass wir hier nicht ausschlafen konnten. Ich war dadurch überhaupt nicht erholt nach Hause gekommen. Vor 7 Uhr hat man hier bereits mit den Arbeiten begonnen. Leider wurden wir über die Baustelle im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Auf Beschwerde hin, tat man so, als wenn man diese Baustelle nicht kannte. Diese war aber ersichtlicher Weise nicht erst über Nacht entstanden. Erst als ich Videos vom Lärm schickte, bot man mir eine Entschädigung an. Die zugesagte Erstattung in Höhe von 10% finde ich auch sehr wenig und diese hab ich leider bis heute( 10 Tage nach Abreise ) immer noch nicht. Ich hatte mit meiner Bewertung noch etwas gewartet gehabt, um der Vermieterin hier noch eine Chance zu geben und um meinem Ärger über diesen Urlaub etwas verfliegen zu lassen.

Great house, furnished with all the necessary utensils!

The house is great, it is spacious, it has all the necessary utilities that you might need. The beds are comfortable, 2 of the three bedrooms have air conditioning. The only issue, not related to the house itself, is the difficulty in finding parking nearby.

Stadthaus 2 Minuten vom Center

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Nähe zum Ortszentrum ist wunderbar, da alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Bäder sind schön und geräumig. Was unserem Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat, war die von der Straße kommende Lautstärke, vor allem die der vorbeifahrenden Autos und Motorräder zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit.

Great place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time at the aparment in Sóller. The place was clean, comfortable and with everything you might need in kitchen and bathroom. Walking distance to the center and small bakerys and stores right around the corner!

Beautiful townhouse

The house is very cozy and has a lot of charm. The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to cook for yourself. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the balcony with the beautiful view over the Soller gardens. The location was excellent for our purposes as a starting point for hikes in the Tramuntana. And due to its downtown location, there were many supermarkets and other shopping options within easy walking distance. We can highly recommend this holiday apartment.

authentisches mallorquinisches Haus in der Altstadt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Busverbindungen auf Mallorca sind super, auch ohne Mietwagen sind wir überall hingekommen. Wir waren viel in der Umgebung wandern, wobei Sóller ein super Ausgangspunkt war. Unsere Unterkunft war gepflegt und sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, manches Besteck und Handtücher waren etwas dreckig, man hat aber eine Spül- und Waschmaschine, um diese Kleinigkeiten bereinigt zu bekommen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick auf die Landschaft und auch manchmal auf Ziegen im Vorgarten :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top location in Sollér city

Everything was ok. The house has all the comfort that is needed. Very well situated in the town (close to shops, restaurants etc..). A little thing that can improve: the refrigerator does not cool enough (a bottle of rosé wine needs 2 days to get on the right temperature).

House on the best street of Soller

We did enjoy our stay , We were only 3 , lady of 63, daughter of 28 and her little boy og 2,5 years. It worked perfektly for us , even with the stairs all op to first and second floor for bathrooms and sleeping rooms . Nice small terrasse with view towards the mountains. But if you are too sensible to noise from people walking in the street , to cars , to scooters , to the 3 different garbage trucks from around 7 o’clock every morning , do not choose this House . We managed quite Well. The other thing is that the House is cold especially here in November. We took the only elektrik heater available from the salon to the kitchen to use Eat in the morning during breakfast . My daughter and her son had the room upstairs with aircon machine working as heating . It worked ok But made a lot of noise on the roof . I had the cold room on first floor … We suggest better heating possibilities , perhaps also just a carpet near each bed and finally better Lightning downstairs .

Appartement très bien situé à Soller

Appartement/maison très agréable, assez grand. La terrasse au 1er niveau est bien abritée, les chambres sont spacieuses la cuisine très bien équipée. L'entrée/cuisine est en rez de chaussée et donne sur la rue donc difficile d'ouvrir les volets de la cuisine sans être vu. 2 chambres (au 1er et au 2eme) donnent sur une rue qui est peu passante (fin octobre) mais le vitrage ne retient pas beaucoup le bruit. L'appartement est très bien situé dans Soller (à qqs minutes de marche du centre) et pour sillonner la région. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement en tournant un peu. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.

Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Stadtgaus liegt zentral und alles was man braucht ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und neu. Auch die 2 Badezimmer sind top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
