Bara en kort promenad till stranden, med en vacker utsikt från vardagsrummet eller uteplatsen. Vi har en 24 timmars uppvärmd pool, badtunna och välutrustat gym. Köket har alla större apparater; full storlek ugn / kokplatta, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, kaffebryggare, brödrost, köksredskap, kokkärl etc ... WiFi. Ny HD-TV med kabel Det är en smart TV och vi lämnar den inloggad på vår Netflix, den kan också erbjuda flera fler streaming-alternativ. Det finns en queen size-säng i sovrummet och soffan drar ut och kan sova två mer, det finns en rulle i skåpet än att sova ett annat barn.

Cozy Condo

We enjoyed the condo and the property amenities like the pool and the dock. We also love how close the condo is to the beach. Our kids are getting bigger, so a one bedroom is a little snug, but all in all our trip was nice!

Exactly as advertised

Super clean property, And very stylishly decorated. Location was perfect for us. Right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Everything you could possibly need is on the property. That even includes a place to rent your vehicle down. As soon as we get the chance, we will stay here again.

Clean and close to the beach

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and had everything we needed even though we didn’t eat or cook there. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit so we could wash our swimsuits and beach towels. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Relaxing beach stay!

We very much enjoyed our time at this condo! It was very comfortable and close to the beach. Loved having the washer/dryer in the condo; the bed was very comfortable as well! Thank you, Andrew!

Island Winter Getaway

Great location very close to beaches and restaurants, The property had an awesome hot tub and pool. Plenty of room for the two of us, and a very comfortable bed. The local people, and the people from around the country were as friendly as I have ever meet. Andrew the owner was awesome and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay! Michael

We keep returning to Beach Club condos

All went very smoothly. The place was neat, clean with the needed supplies. Pool and gym were great as always. The property owner was very quick to respond when we had a question.

Convenient location and great host!

The condo was clean and everything provided. We liked our stay a lot! Andrew is a great host and was helpful anytime we had questions. The beach and seawall is within walking distance.

We had a great time

We had a wonderful stay. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Although, once we found out a beach parking permit for the year was only $12 we decided to do that. Either way, it was nice to be so close to the beach. The owner, Andrew, was easy to get ahold of when we needed him. Building is run down but the room was clean and comfortable to be in. We will come back.

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay over a long Memorial Day weekend. The condo is close to the beach and the owner was very accommodating! We had a wonderful time in N. Padre and we spent most of our time at the beach.

Wonderful stay, great host!

My family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend stay at the property. The host Andrew provided essentials such a dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, towels, paper towels and extra bedding. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was just a short 3-5min walk to the beach. The balcony had a lovely view of the bay and the ocean. Andrew’s communication was fast and so polite.

Good value, convenient location

We were in the Corpus area to visit family and this location was excellent. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a definite plus. Overall the property is dated and could use some upgrades but the unit was clean and comfortable though the porch could benefit from a good bleach-scrubbing. We will stay there again for sure.

Enjoyable stay

What a GREAT place to stay. It is an easy walk to the beach only 2/10 of a mile and you are there. Grocery stores and restaurants are a close drive. It was very convenient to do laundry right in the condo. We happened to be there during the Texas Freeze and lost the router for the Wi-Fi. Andrew replaced it immediately. I would happily return to this condo with an attentive host like Andrew.

Perfect for us

Unlike many visitors to Padre Island, we were not visiting to enjoy the nearby beach, but to visit with family in Corpus. The condo was clean and comfortable and we’d definitely stay there again. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfect Weekend Away

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute condo very much. The pool area is much nicer than other complexes we have stayed in the area so that was a HUGE plus for us. Communication with the property manager was effortless and he was always very quick to respond, even allowing us to check in early! The condo it self is very nicely decorated and very clean upon arrival. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and is something that is usually lacking- not here though! very nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked and the cable/wifi signal was strong throughout. Truly no major complaints from anyone in our family. The only improvements I would make would be a nicer mattress in the bedroom when time/funds allow as it was not the most comfortable sleep. Overall though, this is a terrific value for money and a very nice place to stay. We would happily stay here again :)

Perfect Trip in the books

This condo is everything you want when seeking a vacation getaway. It’s literally less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony, it’s that close. The pool and hot tub are right around the building and there’s bbq grills and tables available for your grilling needs. Parking spot included with the rental is super convenient! The shower is hot. The AC is cold and the washer and dryer were a big plus so we didn’t have to go home to do laundry. It’s located where you can hop up on the 361 and head to Port A in 20 minutes or straight up to Corpus Christi. H‑E‑B is also located right over the bridge too. There’s plenty of dish ware and utensils to cook up a meal and two coffee makers to choose from if you prefer the Kcups. All in all it’s was absolutely PERFECT!! We will be coming back as long as Andrew offers his beautiful home up for rental! Thank You!

Clean and very well located place to stay.

Condo was very clean and as described. Cable and internet works great. On a second floor, with 17 steep stairs to climb, so if stairs are an issue for you, this rental could be difficult for you. Bring ear plugs as the noise from the street, the entry hallway and the unit above this one carries into the condo. The pool at the condo is great! Only a block walk to the beach and seawall. Only suggestion I have for the owner is to please have a couple of lamps in the condo (next to the bed and by the sofa) so one can read, watch TV etc. without having to have bright overhead lights on. Pole lamps would fit nicely.
