The parking was very inconvenient, you have to walk around the whole building. The locks seem pretty loose. The stairs are kinda sketchy. No paper towels or toilet paper in the place had to call the ppl to fix which they did. It’s very dated place. You should wipe down things before use.

Basic rental

While it is close to the beach and pet friendly - the layout was uncomfortable in places, plugs were loose and didn’t work, shower pressure was lowlowlow, and the management company tried to price gouge when in an emergency I had to arrive alone and early. I ended up booking the hotel across the road. Will not stay here again unless the cost begins to reflect the amenities.

Great for families that love the beach

Quiet, fairly clean, amazingly close to the beach. Listing claimed a pull-out sofa which in reality was a not so comfortable. Some minor signs of wear and tear were apparent throughout the property; scuffed walls from chairs mostly, dirty/stained baseboards, knife cuts on the counter by the sink. Will keep this property in mind for our next vacation.

Cute little place right by the beach and easy access to all the food / shopping. It was perfect for what we were looking for on a quick weekend get away.

Great location, priced right

The home was very clean, but not updated and could use a little paint. Shower is either cold with nice pressure or hot with little pressure, no warm water. Bed not the best. But for the price it was a great stay. Location and neighborhood is wonderful.

Family Summer Trip

The location of the property was good. Check-in was fairly easy. There were rusty nails on the porch that were exposed and we were concerned about scratching our hands and feet. The outside lightbulb was out. We reported it with no response. This limited outside game time in the evenings. We had to play our games inside. This defeats the purpose of being at the beach, we wanted to enjoy the outside. The pool was nice. We did catch Covid which put a damper on things.

Proximity to beach is excellent but....

The proximity to the beach is excellent. All you have to do is walk across a parking lot and cross the street. The overall appearance is not great. There is rust on the door and it is peeling. The lounge chair on the porch is cracked and a nail poking up that could seriously injure someone. The inside smelled weird and we ended up buying air freshener. The sheets had stains on them. The entire unit is in need of an upgrade. Everything was falling apart including the remote for the TV! Which didn't pair with the TV so I had to download an app for it to work. The grounds are not well maintained, the dog area is dirt and trash. Some of my complaints I saw on previous reviews but I chose this property because the accept large dogs and is walking distance from the beach. I feel this is how they continue to get rentals booked. I wouldn't stay here again.

Our stay

On first impression the front door being weathered and rusty had us wondering what we’d find when we opened the door. Fortunately the inside wasn’t equally rusty, although it was a bit weathered. Small things. A TV that didn’t function well, the futon that was less than comfortable to sit on. A leaky bath tub faucet that was a little noisy but easily hidden by keeping the door closed. Drawers and doors that opened by themselves was a little spooky but obviously caused by unbalanced furniture and ir floors. Otherwise, honestly.. the accommodations were adequate with no serious issues or complaints. But you know what they say.. it’s the little things. Probably won’t stay in the same unit but we were very pleased with the area. Already considering a return soon.

Nice place within a short walk to the beach.

Positive items - good location to the beach, cute place, nice set-up, quiet, good amenities at a decent price. I was able to make several meals using the kitchen and cookware on the property. Negative items - A/C water draining into the bathtub (placed in the ceiling over the shower head), the noise from that same drain water dripping all night/day into the tub, the flood light shining directly into the bedroom (which the blinds don't help with), and several nails sticking up on the wood deck area where the outside chairs are at. Summary - While I will recommend and consider coming back again, I will bring the following; a plug to stop the A/C drain while taking a shower (close the bathroom door at night), a sleeping eye mask, and a hammer so I won't stub my toe on a nail.

Location, location, location!

This was our first VRBO experience and everything went smoothly including ease of check in. The property sent helpful emails/texts. We loved being so close to the beach, and it was an easy, quick walk! (Consider bringing some bug spray if you take the walk at dusk as there were some bugs near the grassy areas, not a complaint against the property, just a tip to help plan.) The beach themed decorations were fun, and we felt at home here. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed and everything was clean. Unfortunately, the water temperature in the shower was tepid and there was a constant annoying drip from a pipe in the ceiling into the bathtub (which appeared to be an AC runoff valve). Customer service was kind when we reported, and it will hopefully be fixed for the next visitors. Overall, would consider staying here again.

Very good spot.

It was the perfect location. Wish the weather was better. The only issues I had was figuring out the hot water in the shower, and what the lil packets were for? Not labeled. Everything else that was needed, was there.

Good location easy to find

Great for what we needed…would have liked earlier check in & later check out. 6 suggestions: 1. Clearly marked parking instructions 2. Better pillows 3. Slow draining bathroom sink 4. Provide Bottled water in fridge 5. Blackout curtains in bedroom 6. Ask neighbors across sidewalk to tidy up their porch. Loved walking to the beach for the Sunrise this morning! God is So AMAZING!

Fun Getaway

We had a great summer vacation! This was a fun little getaway that was close to the beach and perfectly accommadated our small family of 3. The place was clean nicely stocked with towels and kitchen items we needed for our long weekend. It is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach and the property was quiet and clean. We were unable to use the pool on this visit. The pool was dirty and didn't feel comfortable having my son swim in it.
