Härligt korniskt hus, vintage exteriör, en sten genom havet. 5 sovrum, 4 badrum och sover 10 personer bekvämt. Det finns ytterligare två rullstolar för extra gäster.

Nyinredda från topp till botten - otroligt bekvämt, ljust och modernt. Lyxigt sänglinne och stort matplats, stort duschrum, badrum och 2 ensuiter. Fantastisk utsikt över Perranporth. Solfälla terrassad terrass och gräsmatta, stor HotTub.

Kort promenad till stranden, bekvämt räckhåll till A30 och tillgång till Cornwall.

Huset är infälld på den södra sidan av kullen lutande till Perranporth. Det nås via trappsteg upp till trädgården och sedan grunda trappsteg upp till ytterdörren. Vardera sidan av ytterdörren är däck - perfekt för att ta in havsluften; medan verandan har krokar för att hänga sandiga föremål - våtdräkter, strandskor, handdukar etc.

Nedervåningen: huvudgången, vardagsrum, kök och matsal (bordsplatser 12), stort duschrum, sovrum 1 och 2, båda dubbelrum med badrum, sovrum 3 tvåbäddsrum.

Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att tillgodose din vistelse. Det finns en tvättmaskin, 2 kylskåp och en frys.
Hårtork finns i alla sovrum.

På övervåningen: gemensamt badrum (badkar med dusch över, handfat, loo) tvåbäddsrum, dubbelrum + 2 trillbäddar. Övervåningen dubbel erbjuder härlig utsikt över Perranporth och sanddynerna.

Utanför: Husets baksida kan nås genom bakdörren genom köket. Den bakre trädgården är på två nivåer: från bakdörren finns steg upp till den första nivån (gräs + tvättlinje) och sedan den andra nivån (däck och badtunna). Det finns en stig längs sidan av huset med en vägg som sjunker ner på lägre våningen intill.

Another wonderful stay in this lovely house.

We have been staying each Easter holiday in the house and it has always been a delight. This year was as wonderful as always. It is a very comfortable house, with a very well equipped kitchen so that catering is a delight. We always feel well supported, with the host readily contactable if needed and the housekeeper also quick to respond to texts with practical questions. The walk down to the beach is lovely (notwithstanding the steep incline on the way back up!) and the whole experience this year was, as always, completely excellent.

Perfect size and location

Ideally situated to walk into Perranporth, everything on your doorstep. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 12, every room had access to a shower and/or bathroom so no bottlenecks at bath time! The gardens front and back are absolute sun traps and were used by all of us. Great place to stay.

Gorgeous house in excellent location

We have stayed in this house many times now and absolutely love it. It is well equipped, tastefully decorated and furnished, with comfortable beds and good sized living accommodation. The walk down to the beach is lovely (if steep!) and the view from the house (and its lovely decking areas at the front) is glorious. We have booked for next year already!

This was my family’s 26th year staying in Perranporth but our first staying in a house. It was great and we don’t know why we didn’t do it sooner. The house was lovely and felt like a home away from home. It was very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen etc and amazing water pressure too. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with lovely views overlooking lovely Perranporth

This is a wonderfully well equipped house, with excellent facilities for all the bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The lounge is very comfortable and the dining area spacious, with a table that is not only long (as you would expect when seating 10+ people) but also wide enough to hold the vegetable dishes etc without crowding the place settings. The kitchen is a most agreeable space to work in, with ample cooking equipment and plentiful crockery and cutlery. The host is charming and always accessible through the site, responding speedily to any questions that might arise.

A gorgeous house in an excellent location.

From the initial process of booking this accommodation I felt well looked after. The owner always responded speedily to any messages before we arrived and made the checking-in process very straightforward. The house is very well appointed, with an excellently well-equipped kitchen, which is not always the case in rented holiday accommodation. Despite the cold weather at the start of our stay and the somewhat fierce winds, the house was warm and cosy throughout. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and its very good condition throughout meant it was easy to maintain. The location is splendid, with fabulous views from the lounge window (and two of the bedrooms) and easy (if rather steep!) access to the beach and the town. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back next year!

Highly reccommended

A real home from home, excellently equipped and a lot of thought has hone into making you feel at home hot tub is a real highlight! Only a very short walk to the wonderful beach and an excellent place to be able to reach other towns easily.

Home from home comfort

Lovely property in a great location. The layout was perfect for 2 families of 10 adults. All home comforts and facilities. The only down side was not realising we had to stagger showers not all in the morning for hot water.

The property is in a perfect location for Perranporth. The property is well-equipped, warm and comfortable, and has a lovely hot tub. We enjoyed ourselves a great deal and it’s a great place for exploring Cornwall.

Lovely house in a perfect location for family holidays!

Thank you Kate for a fantastic week in your lovely holiday home. My sister and I visited Perranporth as youngsters and being able to return and make memories with our own children and parents was very special. It was like home from home with everything and more that we needed. The location is truly perfect with stunning views of the beach at the end of the road and a short walk to actually get onto the beach was definitely a hit with us all. We’d just like to thank the house keeper for such a prompt response when we needed clean bed linen, she was there within no time with it all ready for us! We will remember our stay with great fondness and have already recommended the house to our friends!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had been holidaying in the UK since my daughter was born. She has a medical condition that has meant it is hard for us to travel abroad. We realised we loved Cornwall more than anywhere else and it seemed sensible to buy a holiday home. This place was a wreck when we bought it - we have renovated it from top to bottom - we hope you agree its a lovely homely place to stay now.

We love how close this house is to the beach and the town. It means we never have to get in the car if we dont wish to during our stay!
We think the house feels like home and is comfortable in any weather. We have tried to provide everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
