With two comfortable sofas, a chair, wood-burning stove and Smart television, it's a cosy spot to unwind after a walk along the South West Coast Path. French doors open directly onto your sunny little patio, inviting the outdoors in.
Continue into the stylish kitchen and dining area, where preparing family meals and spending time with loved ones is effortless. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a coffee machine and wine fridge. Enjoy leisurely dining at the breakfast bar with three stools, or gather around the spacious dining table with seating for six guests. There is also a utility room, housing a tumble dryer, for added convenience.
Retreat upstairs where three lovely bedrooms await. Bedroom one, located at the end of the corridor, boasts a luxurious super-king size bed, a Juliet balcony with gorgeous sea views and an en-suite bathroom. Bathed in natural light, it features high ceilings and French doors that allow fresh sea air to sweep through. Bedroom two houses a sumptuous king-size bed and views across rolling farmland, while bedroom three is perfect for younger guests, with comfortable bunk beds. The family shower room completes the first floor, just the spot to freshen up after a day at the beach.
Poldreth also boasts an enclosed front garden with a raised deck, featuring an outdoor table and chairs perfectly placed to soak in the golden sunsets.
