This apartment is beautiful and in the perfect location for walking to do pretty much everything. The staff are very helpful and quick to respond if there are any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Location was excellent. Walking holida. No car so finding groceries challenging. Would have appreciated a tutorial on tv. Unable to get news channels etc Limited in selection; however we are not technically adept.

Excellent location - weird bed

The unit is beautiful and in an excellent location. It was extremely clean and the outdoor space was wonderful. The only issue I had is with the bed. There is a very thick foam mattress on top of the normal mattress which was uncomfortable.

Perfect downtown apartment

Great location and Condo layout!

This is a great vacation rental with a great layout and huge deck which we able unfortunately couldn't use due to a freak snowstorm. However we did get a early check in! This suite gets alot of light and would be excellent in the Spring or Summer. That's when I'll be back!!

This is a great location to explore all of downtown Victoria. The suite is nicely laid out. Private sunny balcony is awesome! Secure parking. Wonderfully appointed inside with everything you need. I can’t wait to come back stay here again!

Wonderful condo

This is a lovely place to stay and we will be returning here if possible every time we visit our family in Victoria. We loved the outdoor private terrace and the view from the rooftop. Everything was modern and spotless and the location was perfect. We got used to the parking elevator after the first few uses and it was no problem. (My in-laws, in their early 80s, agreed that the parking elevator routine would have been tricky for them.) The building is very quiet and we slept well at night. I appreciated all the amenities, including laundry detergent. Thanks for a great stay.

Enjoyed our time in Victoria

Comfortable suite with a great outside terrace. It has a beautiful outside fountain but, unfortunately, it was not working. Parking elevator is a challenge until you get used to it.

Lovely condo, unusable deck

The condo is very well appointed, comfortable bed and nice linens. The building is very secure, and is quiet at night. A big plus for downtown Victoria. There were fresh cut flowers for my arrival which was a nice touch. Because of Covid 19, there was no guest book of directions so had no idea how to use the espresso machine. There was a laminated booklet of essential information. I contacted the property manager my first full day to figure out the tv and mentioned the deck issues. I had rented the condo for the deck shown in photographs since I was going to be at home a lot. Alas, it was so covered in bird guano that it was unusable. On my second message to the manager (email on a Friday morning) I was much more assertive and asked for the deck to be cleaned. There was no response until Monday when the manager said she had not seen the message. Hmmmm. So I check out today from a condo I paid extra for a usable deck and never got to use.

Lovely unit in heart of downtown!

Truly enjoyed our visit to this unit - clean, organized, comfortable, central, lovely wrap around terrace! My only comment is in reference to all the "high tech gadgetry" required for accessing the secure, underground parking space (i.e. never used a car elevator before!). Lots of security and steps to walk through to get it right but once you have, you know the process so are good to go! Host provided excellent communication / support when required. Highly recommend a stay at this unit. Thank you!
