Varmt inredda, ca. 900 kvm ft lägenhet tillgänglig för långtidsuthyrning (minst en månad, max 6 månader). Denna lugna, bekväma och hemtrevliga svit ligger i historiska James Bay, Victorias mest önskvärda stadsdel i centrum, på ett säkert, gångbart avstånd till centrala Victoria och till havsstranden (cirka 3 kvarter i 3 riktningar!).

När vi inte bor på vår båt på sommaren eller reser på vintern, är denna lägenhet vårt hem. Vi älskar området! Allt är så nära ... shopping, restauranger, levande musik, mysiga pubar och kaféer och naturligtvis havet!

Vitvaror inkluderar kylskåp, spis, ugn, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Köket är fullt utrustat med tallrikar, bestick, kastruller, stekpannor, brödrost, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare, kaffebryggare och mycket mer. Olika häftklamrar som matoljor och kryddor levereras.

Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny, extremt bekväm, king size-säng med lyxig sängkläder i egyptisk bomull.

The apartment was clean and well equipped.The bed was v comfortable.There were sufficient clean sheets and towels.The kitchen was particularly well equipped so we were able to cook.The location of the property was excellent.The supermarket was only a 10 minute walk and downtown Victoria was close by.

Fantastic hosts. Could not ask for a better location in the heart of James Bay. The proprty is clean and has everything needed for your stay. This was our second year staying here and have booked already for next year!

James Bay, Victoria, BC

My husband and I spent a month in this James Bay apartment. Great location. Close to ocean, harbours, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor store. Hosts very accommodating during our booking process and during our stay. They were immediately available every time we had any questions. Highly recommended and we would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Location in James Bay

Location location location. Everything wonderful about Victoria only a short walk away!

Location was fantastic!

This property is exactly how it’s advertised. Warm and welcoming, private patio, walking distance to everything. Loved how close it is to Dallas beach path, birds nest bakery, beacon hill park and so much more James bay and downtown must sees. Well equipped apartment and lovely hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

This rental was perfect for me...clean, roomy and so.e key supplies left by the owners like laundry soap. Lovely fireplace in the living room and a big comfy bed. Great PLACE!

Best Location, Walkable to Everywhere!

My husband and I just enjoyed a month in Victoria and were very happy with our VRBO rental. The location is the best! A few blocks from the ocean and Fisherman's wharf and a quick short walk to the inner harbor. We spent the month in Victoria and staying at this location, did not need a car. The bed was really comfortable and the cabinets well stocked. We hope to get to visit this beautiful city again and if we are lucky enough to do so we would stay here again..

A cozy and comfortable home. Clean and well looked after.

The location was great - close to downtown, the harbour, walks along the water and to amenities. Everything (and more!) was provided to ensure we would have what we would need for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner was very responsive re any questions we might have. A very enjoyable stay!

Nice Homey Place

A nice quiet place within easy walking distance to downtown, the James Bay restaurants, and a Thrifty's supermarket. I appreciated that this is someone's home with comfortable furniture rather than the charity shop rejects that sometimes populate these places. It is well equipped and the owners are easy to deal with. Definitely recommended.

TRULY A HOME AWAY

Owners - Responsive and Caring Building - Well maintained and Quiet Condo - Well furnished with reclining leather sofa, superb bed, wonderfully equipped kitchen, and 2 flat screen televisions. Location - Walking distance to Inner harbor, downtown, fishermen's wharf, Beacon Hill Transportation - Bus 31 stops adjacent to the building, buses 3 and 30 stop 2 blocks away. Services - James Bay Village is 2 blocks away with a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, and numerous eating choices. I was amazed at how convenient everything was during my month long stay. When i was leaving, I felt like I was leaving home. Hopefully, I will return.

Clear & comfortable, nice setting, excellent location,

We enjoyed our 1 month stay here very much. The condo was in a great location for visiting & exploring downtown Victoria, without all of the hustle and bustle one would expect being so close to the city centre! We could walk to the water's edge within minutes in 3 directions! A lovely grocery store, pharmacies, liquor commission etc. were just around the corner, making it easy to get pretty much anything we needed. We really enjoyed the sound of the horse drawn carts going by our patio. The condo was clear & comfortable with a wonderfully cozy bed, and was fully stocked with everything to get started. The hosts were kind and attentive, and gave us a nice introduction to the city when we arrived. We would highly recommend this condo!

Perfect long-term stay

The location is ideal : easy walking distance to the ocean, Beacon Hill Park and to the city centre but on a quiet, tree-lined street in a lovely neighborhood. The suite is spacious, well-furnished, with lots of storage. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly require and the owners very kindly left kitchen staples and spices. The bed was ultra comfortable and the sheets and towels were all high quality. A technical problem with the DVD player (due to our ignorance) was resolved with lightning speed by Norm. We feel very fortunate to have found this suite which met and surpassed all our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others and would most certainly return should we have to stay in Victoria again.

GREAT TIME

Great area, perfect for inner harbor,downtown and Fisherman;s wharf. Bed is king sized and very comfortable. Owners very Accommodating. We would certainly recommend this apartment.

We are retired from the municipal and provincial governments and spend most of our leisure time traveling and boating. We love this city and love sharing it with our guests. Norm plays a 12 string guitar and harmonica and enjoys playing professionally around Victoria and the Gulf Islands.

This is a quiet building in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and the ocean which makes this the best place to be in Victoria. We love living here and know you will enjoy your stay!

Most vacation rentals we’ve been to have absolutely no pantry items so we’ve had to buy items like sugar, salt, cooking oils and spices that come in larger quantities than we need when traveling. So we decided to supply these items for our guests! You should have most everything you need! All we ask is that if you finish an item, replace it with equal quality.
