Short getaway

The condo was so close to the beach! The pool was warm and the hot tub was nice. We felt safe with the locked door to get inside the property.

Perfectly close to the beach!

Over all I don’t have any major complaints about the property- it did smell weird in there and I did not care for the pool area just because there was no outside air so it just felt sticky/muggy (but I knew the pool area was enclosed when I booked the property so that’s okay). Very short distance to the beach, definitely walkable- the beach was literally across the street. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants and gas stations and the property was clean enough for us so for the price we paid and how close to the beach it was I would say it was definitely worth it!

property was ok,needs a remodel. The condo itself was clean. However not enough towels or pool wrist bands for everyone. No blankets provide at all, so we spent the nights a little cold. Overall a decent place to stay of you jist meed a place to sleep.

NYE getaway

Check in on a Friday night was a breeze with immediate response from property manager regarding questions we had. A short walk to the beach, we enjoyed watching the waves coming in high tide at night under the stars and early morning. Breathtaking! The atrium with plants and heated pool +hot tub was exceptional, we are planning to come back in the future!

Love the place

Very clean and well kept up. The on site manager was always cleaning and ensuring that thing were top quality. Could use new mattresses, non stick pans, full size oven. We stayed 13 nights and can't wait to come back.

Good location but not the cleanest

Biggest downside was the room not being the cleanest, it looked like it had not been dusted in a while and smelled a bit. The fridge had a cat/dog hair in it, spoons & utensils were dirty, found mold in one of the bowls. So we had to purchase some stuff to clean and used some of theirs just for our peace of mind (we have 2 kids that touch everything). Pool was great and kept cleaned, laundry was ok machines were a little outdated for having to pay to use them. Vending machines did not work, only would take a dollar and items cost past that. Bed was comfortable and extra sheets, pillows and towels were provided. Sofa bed was ok sleeping pad has thined out so you could feel bed frame. Second downside was that there was no ac unit like pictured at the time we booked through evolve. They had a portable ac and fan going which was ok but did not cool enough and portable ac took up allot of space with room being small. Wish we would have been told that ac was not working so we could of changed location, again reason being that we had to small children with us.

Not worth price for what it really is

Location was nice, atmosphere was nice, NO AMENITIES such as toilet paper, salt/pepper, coffee, empty hand soap bottle, dirty bathroom, dirty floors, exploded batteries in remote so no TV until we purchased batteries, not even a mop in sight. Bed was not queen size like it said... it's a full size bed were you had to sleep in the middle or risk falling off the side because it sloped. We left oatmeal, crackers, coffee and bottled water for the next person who checks in. At least they will not be checking in after 4pm from a long flight and not have anything to hold them over until next day grocery shopping. I bought a bucket to use as a nightstand next to the bed so I could charge our phones. Had to move the floor lamp next to the bed so I could see when getting in bed or reading because no lights were near bed and when you turned overhead light off it was pitch black and stumbled over luggage and fell into the bed lol. After grocery shopping, realized had to go back to store to make another purchase because there were no knives to cut up food!! Left behind soap, shampoo, body wash and conditioner because they don't refill the dispensers in the tub. Had to buy toilet paper because there was only 1/2 roll when we arrived. Paper towel holder was empty as well. Oh and it smelled bad in there. They left a glad plug in plugged into the wall that was empty 😆. I unplugged it so the place didn't burn down. Thank God I packed poopouri spray! No response from the contact!

Close to beach

Condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Only suggestions would be a bigger flat screen on a wall mounting. We had a small tv perched on a shelf. We also cook 1/2 our meals so another skillet would have been handy. Hot tub and pool were ok but hot tub wasn't open @8am like sign stated. Felt secure with gated entrance but Police came to door once to ask about woman knocking on doors, claiming to be in distress. Nice location across from beach. Not too far from attractions. Would recommend.

Great stay!

This was our second stay at the loco it first time in this condo. We love the vibe here. So chill and quiet. The pool is absolutely amazing! My only note is a lack of supplies in the condo itself. No can opener or scissors and only enough toilet paper and paper towels for a couple of days. If you stay 10 days like we did, you’ll need to bring your own. As well as towels or bring a ton of quarters to do laundry. Honestly minor details that were a bit annoying but nothing that would keep us from staying again. We will just be better prepared. Already planning our next stay here next summer!

Fair Experience

The apt was small. The bed was comfy. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of this stay. I was very concerned about Denise and her manner of talking to us, since we were the guests. We got to the apt very close to 3 PM. It was not ready and no one was there yet working on it, so I called Denise. She told me she would call me back. When she called me back her first comment to me was, “I’m going to try to talk to you without sounding upset.” Then she went on to tell me that check in wasn’t till 4 PM. I told her that the email I received said anytime after 3PM. I felt that she didn’t believe me, but she told me they were at another sight and would be there and through by 4PM. We had to be somewhere by 5:00 and didn’t get to the apt till after 8:00 PM. The place was cleaned and cool. I sent Denise a text of the email but never got a response back from her. That was disappointing since she was our direct contact. I would have liked to known from her that they were behind on their responsibility to have the place ready for us and to get an apology, since they did not meet the time frame given us. We will be back to the area, but hope I don’t meet with this experience again. We had to go to the 5:00 game without a chance to clean up, which was very disappointing.

Cozy and Convenient

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for the meals we cooked. My favorite time was sitting in the wonderful hot tub after a long day. The pool was a great temperature also. I loved having my morning coffee on the table in the atrium. In the evening it was nice to sit on the picnic table and listen to the ocean and feel the breeze. The permanent residents in the condo are so nice and helpful. The location of this place is perfect to see the whole island and going to the mainland. So much to do. The only minor thing that was fine for us but may to others. There are no windows to outside. Only the door to the atrium. Natural sunlight does come through. There is limited storage area so cannot pack to heavy. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us.

Great get away

Okay but would not recommend

Tenants upstairs were very loud during our entire stay. Several bugs in unit. Bathroom faucet dripped all day/night. Could not sleep due to noise and loud A/C unit.
