The property itself was exactly as shown and described. Clean, beautiful, and a perfect location for us. We did have an issue finding the actual room because the entrance is actually on the front side of the building facing the street. We called Padre Escapes and they were very helpful!! In addition our air conditioning wasn't working and they sent someone over within 30 minutes, fixed it and it was all good. Please note this property did not have kitchen staples like spices or coffee filters or any beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas. Island Market is so close so we could stock up immediately. We loved the studio vibe, the distance to the beach and the island itself. Thank you so much!!

Perfect getaway, nice location, access to several beaches. Variety of restaurant's.

Property is nice, pool area is well equipped with tables, grills, chairs. Kitchen was stocked with all your basic needs. Very quaint room.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and comfortable and very convenient. The booking and communication were excellent. The only suggestions would be to have more shade options at the pool, and bird control on the deck. It was difficult to spend time on the deck as the birds made messes every time we cleaned it up. Also, we didn't feel the beach was as close as advertised. Overall we were pleased and would be more prepared if we came again.

Great location

Perfect small room for the two of us. Walking distance to the beach and drive access as well. Only issue we had was the building number not being listed on the confirmation. A quick email and we got the answer we needed. Would stay again.

A short walk to whitecap beach. There is a small grocery store close by and close to everything. There is also a pool and a laundry room in the premises. Loved it!

Great place to get away

This is a great place to get away with your loved one. The property is in a great location, the rooms were very clean, and the vibe of the place was awesome. One thing, which does pertain to me but just as a FYI. There is no elevators, so if you have difficulty with steps, request a ground floor apartment.

Perfectly Convenient

I stayed here for a weekend fishing trip and it was great. The room was a little tight with three adults, but we made it work. The place was clean and the car wash station was super handy for cleanup after a long drive on the beach. We had no trouble reaching PINS or Port Aransas in a timely manner, and having a grocery store just down the street was really handy. Special shout-out to Keziah! She was extremely helpful and helped me figure out how to handle my first VRBO rental like a champ.

We walked to the beach every night and found it to be pretty calm during the week. I was so happy with this unit and the way it is managed and cleaned.

Who was not available To use and was not made aware until arrival. Would stay here again location was fantastic block and a half walk to beach very clean very well stocked kitchen overall very enjoyable will go here again!

The pool was great and heated. The bath rub shower was a little temperamental. I couldn't figure out how to get sufficiently hot water. That could just be operator error. The control nob was iffy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was good except for the bed. Owner was contacted and would not replace. I did a thorough cleaning to make sure no mold was present for allergies. A refresher course in customer service would be appropriate for the on site home owners representative, as many renters I met there would not be returning because of rude and unpleasant experiences. We will be returning to area but not to this condo. Padre Escapes representatives were wonderful to work with.

Glad we were able to help you. I'm sorry your experience with the onsite HOA wasn't as pleasant. Complaints about this bed aren't something we've heard before. Past guests have been happy with it. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The gift you left for my grandaugher was great, THANK YOU! The room was dusty and had the picture with crack in it that had to be removed and it was a studio instead of seperate bedroom was not what I'd hoped for. My mistake for not catching the bedroom sooner.. Other than that it was ok but won't pay that much for a studio again when I found full bedroom for same price.
