This newly furnished condo has been tastefully updated with rich granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. New living room and dining room furnishings and tile floors throughout make this the perfect place to enjoy your beach vacation. You will experience breathtaking ocean views and sunsets from the privacy of your balcony from this top floor beachview unit. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

Nothing was terribly wrong but some things such as staff at the property were non existent. No toilet paper and very few towels for a two bedroom apartment. Ice waker in the refrigerator did not work, internet worked half the time, elevator was very slow and washer and dryer were cut off way to early for everyone one each floor to ise them

We come to this area every year and we just loved this location for this property. It's close to all you need at John's Pass, the beach and pool.

Great location

Beach, pool, food and shopping is all a short walk. Coffee shop at John’s pass has excellent beverages. I love the location of this condo and have stayed in two different units. The building is getting old and in need of some refresh but you just can’t beat the proximity to everything you need.

Quick trip

It was perfect for a quick beach get away. The unit itself is pretty outdated and could really use some renovations but it’s the most perfect location and when you spend most of the day out on the beach it was a great place to come back to! Also the master bed was so comfy! Would definitely return!

Great location…condo a little dated, but more than adequate for a two week stay. Pool area nice, and could not be any closer to beach and John’s Pass shopping, food, and entertainment.

Wonderful

The size of the condo and location was perfect for our family of 3. Spent a lot of time on the balcony which in my opinion was bigger than the photos made it look. Loved being walking distance to restaurants and shops. Already planning when we can come again!

Great location

The apartment is easily the best located apartment that we’ve rented in several years. However, the apartment needs to be updated beyond the kitchen. The balcony balcony was nice. However, the apartment complex next to us blocked a good chunk of the view of the beach. However, we could still see the beach and that was nice.

Great Location

The location of this condo building is great. The unit itself was dirty and outdated but we expected a level of that after reading some of the reviews. The owner was not responsive when I reached out with a few questions. Absent from those few items, we enjoyed our stay.

First time

Location was good. Beach was crowded, the elevator was broken for a whole day so had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs all day. Outlet need fixed in unit. Bo beach towels where provided and when you fly you konda neednthose provided. Need a new blow.dryer in master.

The floors were not clean upon. Sandy. Roaches is guest bathroom and guest bathroom toilet would continue run. The condo was great other then the above issues.

Not clean

This condo was not clean and missing items. Dirty floors and stains on the pillow cases. Also I emailed and called twice to get bath mats that we didn’t receive upon check in and we still never received them.

Dirty!!!

We were excited about the location of the condo and the pictures made it look very nice. Unfortunately that was not accurate. It was dirty, walking around bare feet left our feet black. Lots of stains on the wall and small things broken that showed it just wasn’t well cared for. We found a dead cockroach in one of the cupboards!!! And left the day we found it.

Do not recommend at all!

Where do I start?! Check in was not good. Didn’t receive email for door code until I called to ask for it an hour before scheduled check in and the person was rude. The location was good but the condo was not. Walls dirty, bathroom tiles cracked and mold in corners, ceiling fans were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. Listing showed a side view of ocean but only if you looked out and then it was a small view between 2 buildings. Between the construction every morning and the neighbors playing music and talking very loud in the evenings (like until 2 to 3am) didn’t get much rest and relaxation. All of that I could deal with but 1 1/2 days before we were to leave I killed a cockroach in the master bedroom! I called the property management to tell them and was told “Well, this is Florida and palmetto bugs are common but I’ll let maintenance know.” Really?! I’ve been to Florida several times and not once did I see a palmetto bug (Florida term for cockroach) inside where I was staying! Maintenance never came and also never received a response when I messaged the owner. Also there were dead cockroaches in every drain of the pool. If you’re thinking of renting this condo, DON’T!!

Dirty Dirty Dirty

Location is great. Condo is very dirty. We had to clean and disinfect the entire condo it was that bad. I wish I could upload pictures. I definitely had to wear flip flops in the shower. Everything was very dated, which is fine but at least keep it clean. There was an envelope on the table to tip housekeeping. My tip to them is to actually clean. I have been stayed in Condos up and down this part of Gulf Blvd for over 30 years and this was by far the dirtiest place I have EVER Stayed. No thank you!

A fabulous time

Great location for this condo. No car needed. The rental company was very attentive to my emails and fixed the toilet immediately as well as brought additional towels. The walk to the beach was only steps and everyone was very friendly! Thank you Unit 508 for a beautiful time ☀️

Nice location, poor upkeep

Location was very convenient - walking distance to John's Pass attractions. Cleanliness and upkeep of unit poor. Many light bulbs out, very dirty floors. Unit dated and not well maintained. Filter on refrigerator needed replacing. Had to ask for toilette paper on arrival. Inspect unit once in a while to improve.

Service was not good

Had to call to get check in information was after 4 o'clockafter waitingall afternoon, they first said we don't see a reservation for you, dealt with that for 20mins until they finally found it. Not sure if it was the property owner or John's pass people but they dropped the ball big time on check in. Condo was mostly clean except tables were dirty and cleaning supplies left out and half drunken water bottles in a couple places, tvs hard to figure out work properly dead remote batteries, a/c is junk. No parking pass left for us. Great location but Will not stay here again! My recommendation for owner, drop johns pass service, find a new cleaning company, and get a maintenance company to come in a get everything working properly.
