Granite countertops, walk-in shower in the master bath, new tile throughout, new washer/ dryer and furnishings.

Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.
Enjoy the luxury of high end modern decor coupled with the best ocean views and beach access Madeira Beach offers. This condo is truly one of a kind!

Also added, are very nice flat screen TVs and a new washer/dryer as well as new bedding throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

As a John's Pass Condo's guest you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes. We also have on site maintenance to handle repairs in your condo if necessary. Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafe, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.

There are 2 assigned parking spots available for this unit.

Family's Spring Break 2025

We had a great vacation at Beach Place by Johns Pass. There is a little work yet to be done from the Hurricane damage, and the week we were there, the elevator was out of order, which we were informed about before arrival. The location was awesome! We could walk to the boardwalk for dining, shopping and entertainment. Our only complaint about our unit was the cleanliness of the floors, and we wished there were more bath towels. But, we would highly recommend staying here. The heated pool was another big plus to our stay.

Yessssssss!

Fabulous location for beach, dining and shopping fun. The elevators are out because of hurricanes in the past….that was a little tough carrying luggage and stuff up and down 6 flights, but my legs are more toned now!!

Requested feedback

Nice view, nice rooms. Mattresses and pillows need upgrades, and most of the extra pillows were stained/dirty/worn. It would be good if you replace the pillows and freshen up the cases.

Location, location, location

Condo is well-appointed, lots of space even for our group of 7, and so close to the pool, beach, & John’s Pass. One very disappointing, and frankly disgusting, experience was the blood-stained pillow & fitted sheet in the bedroom with the 1Q bed. Ceiling fan in the bedroom with 2Q beds remains broken. Where sinks join countertops (kitchen & bathrooms could use a good scrub to remove the blank “gunk” and re-caulked. The condo is large, that’s why I gave a better rating - other than what was mentioned here, most everything else was as expected.

Family beach trip for a few days

Overall the experience at the condo worked out great for us. Perfect location to the beach, pool and to Johns Pass. Plenty of sleeping room for 5. Great view from the balcony. 2 bathrooms accommodated us. Kitchen and living room spacious. I would recommend getting a new ceiling fan in the first bedroom to the left as it shakes real bad from ceiling when turned on and missing a blade. After that first attempt to use we didn’t turn on for the remainder of the trip. Also maybe some updated pillow cases and blankets as there are stain from rust or food.

Beautiful views & Great location

The views were amazing and the location was perfect with the boardwalk walking distance. Check in was easy but 2 of the 3 beds had dirty sheets with hair and sand visible. I washed those sheets and quilt. The sofa had loads of sand in the creases so I cleaned that as well. The washer was brand new but the dryer made a LOUD banging sound which was annoying as my kids needed to go to bed. I emailed about the sheets being dirty and asked about parking spaces as that was confusing to us since they were not next to each other and never heard back from management. Be prepared to clean but honestly we loved the views and location. I would rent in this building again.

Terrible experience

The only thing good about this property is the location. There was disgusting mildew/mold on master shower curtain. It took several days to get it changed out. They replaced it with a flimsy $1 liner. We paid to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. Washing machine never worked. We reported it multiple times and they claimed it needed parts. In my opinion, it should have been replaced immediately. We found something on the sheets that was not a stain from after washing. So all of the sheets were NOT fresh. None of us slept well. The beds have to be the cheapest mattresses. If you like sleeping on extra firm mattresses, this is your place. The pillows were completely flat. There were NO extra blankets or pillows. One of the workers sent his father to change out the shower curtain. Initially he was nice, but when I pushed about the washing machine, he wouldn't let me talk. I tried calling the phone number for the management company and he's the one who answered. He kept telling me he didn't work there. Why on earth is this who is answering the phone? We were there 4 more days after that incident and still couldn't get in touch with anyone. I reported this to VRBO multiple times while at the condo. Still nothing was resolved. I called VRBO again after we returned home. The VRBO customer service got Jim on the line. Jim is one of the managers. He said he knew nothing about this. I sent him photos. Still no help!

Pleasure

This condo was in a great location and clean. Incredible sunsets and moon views from every window facing the gulf:) Fully equipped for all your needs. The TV in the living room didn't work, but it did not affect our stay. The toilet in the main bedroom did not flush properly; I opened the tank to find a bar of soap stuck under the flap. I tried to contact the office with these issues, but they never responded. I’m grateful the issue was minor. Overall, the condo was wonderful!

Excellent location, roomy condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Place! Pros: Steps from the beach, gorgeous ocean views from the balcony, quick walk to John's Pass for touristy things and restaurants; the condo was spacious compared to other beachfront places we've stayed at- plenty of room our 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We were a bit worried about cleanliness based on past reviews, but found it to be clean. We were also pleasantly surprised by the stash of beach supplies for use- plenty of sand toys, a cooler, plus a few chairs and boogie boards that our kids enjoyed. I would say that compared with other rentals we've stayed at, this place is somewhat low frills in terms of supplies, cleaning supplies, etc- which we knew from previous reviews- but I can say that with our party of five, we did not run out of anything during our stay, and having access to laundry allowed us to wash towels as needed. The building is a little tired- the elevator is quite slow, etc- but we took the steps often and got a few unplanned workouts in that way. All in all we had a very fun beach stay and loved being so close to everything!

Friend trip

Location was fantastic. The condo was nice. We did have to call maintenance to help with turning tv’s on , leaking faucet, light bulbs and initially were given wrong door code. Floors needed mopped , The fan in bedroom was broken. Regardless of the problems we had a great time and loved the location and view.

Great Location

Do not expect anything. There were some bottled waters in the fridge and plenty of TP. We bought beach towels and left them with the unit - not sure if they will be available for others. There was 1/2 roll of paper towels and the soaps were slivers. Inadequate # of coffee cups and the furniture was pretty tired. However, the view was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Unlike other reviewers we found the unit clean.

Loved this rental

This was our first trip to Madeira beach and we absolutely loved it! The condo was beautiful and very spacious! The beds were super comfy as well! It has a lot of beach stuff like chairs, a cooler, toys etc. the kitchen was very spacious and the refrigerator was nice! We only had a few things we would like to be added…we found a broom but no dust pan so that was difficult to sweep the sand so I would recommend a dust pan and maybe even a vacuum cleaner! Also the pots and pans are kinda old and need updated. There weren’t enough towels for 8 ppl so luckily I brought some. Also there isn’t a lot of silverware so glad I brought some plastic as well! But I’m telling the views from this condo are amazing! Also we loved how you have to have a code to get into the place and the elevators, pool and beach! It is directly across from John’s pass and wow that made everything convenient! We literally walked to eat and shop, fish and walked across the bridge to treasure island! We loved how we have a designated spot to park and didn’t have to worry if we would find a parking spot! This is the perfect condo due to location as well! We loved how you can pick a spot on the beach and no one tells you to move! The people there are so very nice as well and and locals will tell you all about the area! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you and we plan to come again!
