En perfekt "hem" away-from-home väntar dig här. Boende inkluderar en "KING-SIZE säng i sovrummet, plus en walk in closet, (delade sovrum INSTÄLLNING ger mer avskildhet) två queen-size" sängar i det andra sovrummet, och en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach. A nice clean beach and swimming pool for options. I felt the condo was even nicer than the pictures. We had a great time a plan to go back.

Wonderful ace to stay. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Loved the grilling and picnic area. Beach was beautiful. Woyld definately stay here again.

Enjoyed Paradise!

Janet was a great host. And the raaident managers helpdil. The only issues were that the pool wasnt yet fixed (given the devastating hurricane they faced recently, its understandable but disappointing), and the elevator broke down for half the time we were there.Otherwise, we had SO much fun - the beach is RIGHT there. The condo is spacious and has everytbing we need. They offer a Graco Pack and Play for babies but it's not the best... so we ended up renting a crib from a Mom n Pop and our baby slept very well!I would definitely recommend this host and place. Thanks!Otherwis

Amazing property

This place was AMAZING!!!! From the communication with Janet to John and Mary everything was phenomenal. It was so spacious no one was on top of each other. We Will definitely be coming back down to stay and using Janet’s property.

Relaxed and Enjoyable

Our stay was perfect, the condo was just right for some family time on the beach. Wake up and head to the water - what could beat that? The beach was clean and was not over populated. The water was calm most of the time, even after a storm came through.

Perfect!

We loved this property! Stocked well with anything you would need, plenty of towels, and beach toys. Outdoor games as well, shuffleboard and cornhole. The whole experience was perfect. We loved it so much we’re already planning for next year!

Amazing!!!

This condo was spectacular!!!! The location was perfect and the cleanliness of our condo and the entire complex was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and Karen the owner had absolutely everyone we needed. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing means easy. We will definitely be returning.

The best vacation ever

We stayed here for 1/2 of our honeymoon and we wished we just stayed here for the whole thing!! So much more beautiful in person than in pictures. Everything was spotless, easy to find, felt secure, and had everything we needed and then some! Tons of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and there is someone on site to help you whenever we needed. The beach was amazing also and so so so close to the condo. Pool was nice too! We will 100% be using this VRBO over and over if they will have us!

Oasis!!

We stayed at this property for six days and the owner and property manager could not have been nicer! Very quick with responses and even though there wasn’t originally a blender in there she went out and bought one for us to use! Great customer service. Loved the space. Highly recommend. Janet and Mary were so easy to work with!!

Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I stayed at Collwood for a week and it was absolutely perfect! We absolutely loved our location, right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable beds. We're actually going back again later this year and hope to stay in the Collwood building again. Communication with the owner was great. I loved that the Property Managers were on site and easily accessible. We loved that there were chairs and beach gear provided. Made flying in that much easier! Will definitely stay again.

The Condo was fine the weather no so much!

This is the first trip to Florida it was unseasonably cold. Had to stay in the condo and unfortunately with only a street view it made it a bit disappointing. The condo had everything you would need to go to the beach and stay comfortably. The beds were comfy and the Kitchen was well stocked of utensils and has a full size washer and dryer.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The condo had everything we needed. The complex had lots of chairs for the pool and lots for the beach. The condo owner also had chairs and equipment for the beach. Lot of beach towels!! Two coffee pots which was great not everyone wants a Keruig! Pans were in excellent shape has well. The condo is on the first floor easy walk or elevator ride to the beach and pool. Covered area if you do not want to sit in the sun. Convenient location for every thing you need. My only caution is to understand that beach view means the condo community is on the beach but this unit faces the parking lot. That being said we really enjoyed or month stay -going between the pool and the beach!! We would stay again!

Nice and relaxing stay

This is a great property and we had a great time. Just note that this unit has a parking lot view. I was under the impression we had end unit with a partial ocean view but that wasn't the case. I think that should be clarified a little better in the description of the property. But overall it was a great stay and that wasn't the end of the world. The management team here is very good. The grills outside were very clean and so was the entire property. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the Madeira beach area. It is close to everything. We are regulars to the area and come down once a year and have been to a lot of the surrounding condo's and this one is very nice. If you can live with the parking lot view this is a pretty good place to stay. I had my wife and two girls with me and it was very comfortable. Condo had everything we needed. Hope to be back next year!

For years we would rent other condos in this area because we loved being able to walk the beach for miles. Other beaches along the West coast could not offer this. We also like to be close to John's Pass, nice restaurants, shops and just about anything else you would want to do at the beach.(water activities)

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Watching sunsets (my favorite) ,sandy beaches taking beautiful photographs, enjoying long walks on beach and items mentioned above. Many restaurants ,convenience store and shops within walking distance.
We also employ resident managers who are anxious to assist you in any way during your stay.
