La Casa en la Playa - Ocean Views

La Casa en la Playa (Spanish for Beach House) is your perfect family beach house. With ocean views through the reserve and walking distance to the beach, near a protected foot/bike path and only a short drive to local cafes and much more. Kick back on the deck as you watch the sunset, listen to the waves crashing and just soak up being on holidays! What a perfect home for your next holiday destination.

Upstairs boasts a large, bright open plan area with stunning sea views through the large glass windows. This area opens onto extensive front balcony where you will sit for hours taking in the incredible ocean views and ambiance of your seaside stay. Split system heating and cooling in this area.

Kitchen has gas cooking, double sink with pura tap, dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster and sandwich press, kettle, microwave, pantry and much more!

Dining area with a large table to comfortably seat 8 people. Balcony also has outdoor dining with bench seating.
Two separate living areas with a seating area to simply soak up being on holidays and enjoy the view. The other section has a TV and a children’s play area with plenty of books, games and more. Another separate toilet.

Downstairs has a master Bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, glass sliding doors leading outside, walk in robe and modern ensuite with a large double his and hers shower.

Bedroom two has a queen size bed and a set of single bunk beds with glass sliding doors leading outside.

Bedroom three has a queen size bed and one single bed.

Main Bathroom with a large bath, shower, separate vanity and toilet area.

Laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, basin and a door leading outside to easy access to the washing line.

Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Fully fenced yard with a nice grass/ garden for the children to play.

Pets are negotiable for outside only. Please enquire.
Uncovered parking spots available– please note the garage is not available for guests use.

Unlike other holiday houses, we like to give our guests all linens / bedding / towels included within the cleaning cost – we do this so you can just arrive and unwind. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
