Välkommen till Ripples - Middleton. Ett rymligt familjhem vid Middletons strandpromenad med panoramautsikt över surfkusten till The Bluff i Victor Harbor. Family getaway

After a busy Christmas period and a house move, this holiday house was the perfect property to unwind. The ocean views and stars were fantastic, and the sea breeze was a relief from the hot summer days. The house was all that you could ask for, with a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great weekend beach stay

Perfect weekend stay with perhaps the best view anywhere along the Middleton to goes stretch. Sunset drinks in the balcony and one Ty of space. A real bonus being pet friendly. We will book again. Only downside was the entry lock needs some maintenance and picking up the keys from Goolwa was a bit of a detour and lucky we got there before 8pm otherwise we would have been locked out.

Nice open space with a great outlook over the beach. Newly renovated bathrooms up and downstairs. Decent BBQ. Good sheltered deck out the back as well as front deck.

Loved the location. Clean and tidy with everything you need there. I wasn’t a big fan off making beds and stripping them. I wish this was included in the service but other than that it was awesome.

A nice property with amazing views.

We had a wonderful few days at this property. It was in a good location with beautiful views overlooking the beach. The property was nicely renovated and clean. There were a few issues which were inconvenient and could be more accurately advertised. As a pet friendly property, dogs were not permitted inside, for the price point we would have expected linen to have been included and picking up the key from a nearby town was not ideal. There was also not an internal staircase which meant going out in the cold and rain to get into the downstairs rooms. Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay.

Sensational Views!

A fabulous place with amazing views. Just stunning! Collection of keys was a bit of an inconvenience (collection at Victor Harbor or Goolwa). There was a lock-box on site which would have made check in/out much quicker. No Wi-Fi which meant no movie streaming and reliance on phone data. The cleanliness of quilt covers and mattress protectors questionable which we raised with owners. Also the need to empty dishwasher before leaving to avoid a $50 fee is excessive (and unnecessary). But the place and views were gorgeous. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were celebrating my birthday with the family (8 people)in this beautiful, clean, well maintained vacation house. Plenty of space for everyone. A large self contained second 'house' at lower level. Kitchens had all the necessities you would require. A very modern bathroom at the top level, just would like a rubbish bin there for tissues. The views are stunning, crossing the road and you are on the beach! Great waves for surfing! Plenty of parking space. Although it allows for pets, they are not allowed in the house apparently, just in the laundry and backyard, so we left our little dog with friends. We had a fabulous long weekend there, close to Victor Harbour, Goolwa and Middleton township. Customer service was excellent. Would have no hesitation to recommend this property to friends and family.

Great views of beach

Enjoyed our stay, views of beach, sunrise and sunsets were beautiful.Keep in mind this place is basically 2 apartments, upstairs and downstairs, with the stair access between them outside. It's clearly mentioned in the description, so my fault for not reading.

Magic location

Absolutely magic location with views from every window. Property was beautiful, light, bright and very welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Nice house Great views

Mouldy bread left in cupboard. Ants all over kitchen bench and in kettle. No scrubber for dishwashing, no dish clothes for wiping down benches, no tea towels. Hot water for showers only lasts about 20 minutes. Besides that, nice house with great views.

Amazing Views

Perfect accommodation on the beach front at Middleton. Loved going to bed with the sound of the ocean, and waking up to the wonderful sea views each morning. Well suited for 2 families. We could interact as much or as little as we wanted with the the 2 living areas and kitchen arrangements. Both decks were a highlight! The front one for watching the sunsets and star gazing. The back one for a sheltered BBQs with friends, Loved our stay.

Very Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was more to get away from a very stressful and hard past 6 months. The view from the house was beautiful. The cleaning could have done with a bit more detail such as the floors, corners, smell etc. Other than that it was fantastic. We really loved the welcome gift as well and it made us visit Victor chocolate/raw to buy more so a great business advertisement and somethibg different! Would definitely attend again. We will go directly through SC realty next time to have 5-600 dollars. For the added price we received nothibg additional and it was a little frustrating with the booking processes and confirmations etc.

Another great stay at Ripples - Middleton

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I together with our daughter & son in law and two grandchidren stayed at ripples for 3 nights.We have stayed at Ripples three times previously and will definitely stay again.The place is absolute beachfront with a 3 minute walk to the beach and it has everything you want right on hand and the two storey layout easily accommodates a two family stay.The other bonus was that Ripples allowed our daughters puppy which we housed at night in the laundry and during the day it was able to roam the large fenced in backyard

My kids loved every minute of our break away. Its a great beach house, full of light ,with the most amazing views. We would happily recommend it and definitely stay at Ripples again 😀
