Beautiful newly redone home in Courtenay! Walking distance to Puntledge Park and shopping on 5th! 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Nice fenced yard with covered deck and pergola. Outdoor dining table on covered deck! Wheelchair accessible with grab bars in both bathrooms and ramps to both doors! Very quiet neighbourhood. Free parking on site. In suite laundry. Free Wifi, television and games!

Great house in perfect location

The check in process was very clear and communication with the owner could not be better. Always a quick response to any question. Two bedroom, two bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. We liked the location as it is a 20 min walk to all restaurants downtown. Also a short walk to parks for a hike. The house was very clean. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Comox! Great spot to explore Courtenay

The unit was spotless and exactly what we needed for a long weekend exploring Courtenay-Comox and a day skiing at Mt Washington. We could walk to downtown and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our host was communicative and proactive in ensuring we had a good stay.

Great little place!

This two-bedroom, two-bath house, was perfect for two fishing buddies but could easily work for two couples or a small family. It was super clean and 5-10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and most importantly the fishing charters! Owner was super responsive as well. Loved it!

Very well equipped and comfortable place to stay

We both were very pleased with this holiday rental. Nice quiet neighborhood. Both inside and outside space well planned out for relaxation. We highly recommend staying here.

Cozy cottage

We had a great stay in your lovely cottage. It was very spacious and quiet. Being on the back alley made it very quiet with no road noise. And the fresh strawberries were delicious.

Nice place in Courtenay

This was a great place to stay. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Well thought out. Quiet being in the back with 2 very nice places to sit outside. Very central - close to downtown. Owners always responded quickly to any inquiries. We hope to stay there again when we come to visit our daughter if it is available. And the wedding was perfect!
