This loft style 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite is located on the prestigious seaside trail in, Royston area. The above garage separate suite is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Large windows offer plenty of natural light. A separate washer and dryer, large tub shower combo, full kitchen, and ample storage make for convenient living. Enjoy a nice breakfast with your morning coffee to the patio over looking the ocean. Take in the fresh sea air while observing the free roaming deer, eagle displays, and the many more amazing sights this property has to offer. Spectacular views of the ocean. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards and hit the water from the secluded beach.
Minutes away from the central city Courteney, and the Crown isle Golf Course this beautiful loft is conveniently located to a multitude of adventures. Shop at the local Farm for your fresh produce, delicious deli treats and locally raised island meats prepared everyday.

*Please note: The parking for this unit is located on the property of Royston house. The drive way though in front of carriage house. There is access down a natural rock pathway for guests to enter , the sea side trail as well as to access the beach. The unit is located on top of the garage, therefore may not be ideally suited for individuals with mobility issues.*

Worst Experience

Worst experience. The host canceled our booking the night before our arrival with no explanation and we were still charged. No response when we asked for an answer and a refund. It took multiple calls to vrbo to resolve the issue. Would not recommend.

Spacious accommodation with a great location

Beautiful home and property, view off the porch. We were provided with bottles of water, laundry facilities and soap, slippers to put on before going upstairs, books and games, nice couch in front of tv, lots of chairs and rockers. High ceilings, warm blankets, and great location between Courtenay and Cumberland not far from Comox. We want to return in the summer!

This place was sloppy. Cobwebs everywhere spills all over cupboards. The furniture smelled like body odour. The bed was uncomfortable. There was absolutely no condiments like salt and pepper and no drinking glasses. This place really needs a thorough cleaning and upgrade of furniture.

Lovely property

Our stay was just lovely. Our host was going away the next morning and would be gone for our 2 night stay. She stayed up late for our later arrival and ensured our every need was handled. The ocean front proximity was great and being close to Courtenay served our party very well. Definitely would stay again.

Nice place with some flaws

The space was great and worked very well for our family of 5 and the walking trails and blackberries around the property were amazing. The main bed however is terrible and cratered. Must be very old and will hopefully get replaced. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed which was better than the bed. Also we booked this VRBO specifically because it stated it had laundry available but the laundry was in a locked garage and neither owners nor cleaners could give access during our stay. Very disappointing.
