Detta är en bekväm och privat svit med 1 sovrum nära hjärtat av Comox centrum. Utrymmet har en bekväm öppen design med separat 1 sovrum. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med en stor ö som är fullt utrustad med allt du behöver. Stort och ljust utrymme på 720 kvm. Har lokalt trägolv, egen ingång, parkering på plats, trädgårdar, platt-TV, wifi, elektrisk spis och en lyxig Queen size-säng! Det finns också en skräddarsydd utdragbar soffa som sover två i vardagsrummet. Detta är ett mycket bekvämt och mysigt hem hemifrån. Ligger 5 minuter från Comox flygplats (YQQ), en 15 minuters promenad till de svepande stränderna och eldgroparna vid Goose Spit Park, en 45 minuters bilresa till sluttningarna av Mount Washington och världsklass mountainbike i Cumberland är 20 minuter bort. Flytflygplan finns tillgängliga från Comox Harbour med direktflyg till centrala Vancouver. För semestrar, köpa ett nytt hem eller besöka familj är detta en fantastisk tillflyktsort och ett bra sätt att uppleva den fantastiska Comox-halvön. This property is a real gem! Clean, well appointed and equipped, quiet, comfortable, spacious, relaxing, dog friendly, and great hosts. Well located near to services (short driving distance), places to walk (beaches, parks, quiet streets, walking paths), great restaurants ( with a variety of pubs, take-out, fine dining and a donut shop in Courtney that rivals the best anywhere). If you enjoy watching birds this is a region worth spending time in, with a comfortable place to rest your head.

We have stayed at the Bright & Spacious suite several times now. It is our go to for Comox Valley. Melanie & Colin are the best hosts. Available yet never intrusive. The suite has everything we need to take care of ourselves. We appreciate being able to bring our wee Frenchie along on vacation. Great location, peaceful deck, & comfortable suite. We hope to return each year as long as we're able. Thank you Melanie & Colin.

The property was beautiful, on a pretty remote acreage, it was a little tricky to find due toConstruction but once we figured it out there was a simple direct route to our destination in Campbell River. The unit was well equipped and the owner available when we needed her!

This is our second year staying at Melanie’s VRBO (2 adults, one 17 year old and our dog)band we enjoyed our 5-night stay just as much as the first year we came. We hope to be back again. Lovely, quiet spot with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable home-away-from-home and close proximity to lots of places to explore in the comox valley. We made it out to Courtney for some shopping, great food and ice cream; Cumberland for some hiking; and even a day trip to Hornby island. Thanks for the wonderful vacation spot!

A beautiful space with welcoming hosts! We enjoyed sitting outside in the private garden with our morning coffee. It was so peaceful - we spotted eagles, deer and hummingbirds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare full meals made with local ingredients. Overall, we had a relaxing stay.

Peaceful Property

Our 4th stay at Melanie & Colin's great vacay rental. We are looking forward to a 5th stay in 2025. The unit is large & comfortable providing everything you need. My favorite spot is the suites' private deck & yard. Melanie & Colin are the best hosts. It has been a pleasure staying at their property for our annual trip to the Comox Valley. Amazing!

What a treat! Mel greeted us with homemade banana bread and cold drinks on our arrival. The property is a delightful, peace filled space. Wonderful deck to sit and enjoy the birds and flowers. The unit was lovely, comfy bed and well stocked kitchen for any cooks dream. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again and again! Thank you M &C

Great, relaxing getaway in Comox

Melanie and Colin have a beautiful home tucked away in a remote area of Comox, close to the water but within close driving distance to many amenities. The kitchen is well equipped to make all your meals, if you wish with ample space to relax I. The living room or enjoy coffee on the deck by the garden. I stayed here with my 2 kids (18 and 16) and our dog and we had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be back again.

Comfortable and relaxing

Good hosts. Very responsive. Nice property - spacious, with lovely garden. Contained everything we needed. No complaints or issues. Very sensitive fire/smoke alarm. Went off twice when we opened oven even though nothing was burning and no smoke. This is a good thing for safety but just an observation. Another very tiny observation is that the cover photo for this listing should likely not show the ocean view as there is not one but we were super content sitting out in the garden area having coffee in the mornings. Overall an easy 5 star.

Beautiful home away from home

We stayed for 6 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were really accommodating and friendly, with great recommendations for local places to visit. The home was warm, yet spacious for a summer rental, and the kitchen was very well equipped for any needs. The attached gardens were wonderful, in full bloom, and the guests had access to them; the hosts even let my child pick some berries from the garden. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would return here for a future stay.

Lovely and relaxing garden setting

My partner and I needed to relax and recharge and this was the perfect place. We spent most of each day sitting by the garden reading and taking in the lovely birds and beautiful setting. The area is great with the beach a couple blocks away and Comox village a few minutes drive.
