Pentre Berw chalets

Loved the little homely nick nacks around the place. Everything spotlessly clean and welcoming. Even had a little birthday card and cake. Milk in the fridge and other necessities we would need. The dogs came to greet us which was so cute. The mobile home was big and spacey. Would recommend

We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! The chalet was spotless, very well equipped and incredibly comfortable, with lovely touches that help to create that home from home feel. Parking was easy in September, we were immensely grateful for the very few steps up to the chalet due to mobility issues. We loved Caernarfon, it’s a 5 minute drive and a charming town with all you need. We had a great ( but too short) stay, thanks so much!

Lovely base for exploring the area.

Nice size lodge. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom along with a nice balcony with seating. Myself and my family loved the view out onto the lake, and the quietness of the area. Bed were very comfy and bath a good size for a soak. Lovely x

Lovely lodge in woodland setting. Very well equipped with all essentials provided. Quite steep access via roadway and steps so may not suit elderly/mobility impairment.Our 3 grand-daughters loved outdoor pool and play park area.

We had a great stay at the chalet. It is located in a great area and close to town center. It has everything you need for self catering including BBQ. The chalet is suitable for a family of 4 as it has a double bed and a bung bed to accommodate the children in. It also has lots of toys for them to play with and books to read. I would say it’s best to use it in summer time when the weather is. Ice and warm at it can get cold and drafts in the cold months. We were there in October and we had to use the electric heaters almost daily. But that made a big difference at its was rather cold. I would recommend it as it is located in little “corner of paradise” around a river and a lake, close to Snowdon mountain. My only criticism has to be the cleanliness. It could really do with a proper spring clean especially now with the pandemic. I had to clean myself the bathroom and the kitchen as it looked it had finer prints and everything. But the rest I can’t fault it.

Fantastic cabin in a great location. Great communication with the owner Howard. Very clean. Perfect place to explore North Wales. Second stay and will definitely be staying again.
