Beautifully presented and comfortable cottage. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the quality was exceptional. Lovely location, close enough to plenty of places of interest and rural enough for a relaxing holiday away from the noise of a the modern world.

The property is absolutely sunning, fabulous kitchen with aga, lots of living space and very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and we had almost everything we could need for our weekend break. A couple more large pans for cooking for 12 people would have been handy.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, done to a very high standard and has everything you need and more. In a great location for visiting Wales. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay again!

We were delighted to learn we could stay in the countryside and have access to a bus route, having travelled to Whitchurch by train from Cornwall. The November weather was kind, we walked and explored a lot considering we had no car. The canal walks were fascinating and The Retreat with its log burner was a joy to return to.
