SPECTACULAR rental. This place really is paradise and Bill was the easiest owner we have ever dealt with. The house is in a lovely quiet subdivision, with views of the ocean that are breath taking. The house has everything you could want, lots of beds, CLEAN EVERTHING, plenty of towels, washer ,dryer , suitcase stands, beach toys, beach chairs, fans , chairs to sit and lounge chairs by the pool. The kitchen was a chef's dream! Tons of space both in the house and on the lanai. lots of parking .There are so many adventures close to this house... snorkeling at Captain Cook, black and green sand beach, coffee and vanilla bean farm tours etc. The house is an oasis from activites. Truly the best of both worlds for us. We spent every morning on the lanai having coffee watching the fishing boats go out , listening to the waterfall on the pool. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, especially at night . The sunsets from this place could fill a calendar. Thank you to Bill for sharing your home. Absolutely quiet and serene except for the noise you want to hear - the sound of surf.

This condo is exactly like the pictures. It is updated and clean. The view from the lanai is incredible. We were able to see whales and spinner dolphins as well as surfers. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and stores. The owners kept in contact with us and have provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Home was in a great location with a lovely outside area and hot tub. The view and the sound of the waves were amazing. There were beaches in both directions and a shopping plaza close by - all within a 20 minute walk. House was very comfortable and well stocked and instructions/directions were clear. A wonderful vacation for a family of five.

Great place to stay, owner is very friendly, responsive and has everything you need in the condo. This place has views, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and is very quiet. The morning coffee on the lania was worth it all, we were fortunate to see dolphins and our last day we also had two whales put on a show for everyone!

We have been to the island many times and usually stay in the heart of Kailua Kona, but we decided to change it up this trip. We are so happy we did! The location of this property is fantastic. You are so close to Kona, Costco, the upper highway and the beaches. The rental was so incredibly well equipped with everything you could could need. We loved that after a day on the beach that we could go back and the temperature is cooler. The views from the lanai are amazing. We could see the whales from there. Melia and Sam were great hosts. They are so nice and personable. They fresh fruit was great too! This is really a fantastic spot to relax and recharge! The pictures don’t do it justice! We will definitely be back to this property!

First of all words cannot describe the sound of the waves and the scent of the sea and the beauty of Kona. This condo is a haven with all of that and more including whale watching from the Lanai ( balcony) and glorious sunsets. Wait before you get outdoor supplies as there are matts, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and scuba gear. Everything in the condo was clean and in working order. The communication with Alex was as easy as communication with a good friend, always available with caring and excellent suggestions. Best vacation ever. Thank you Alex & Michele! We had a wonderful time staying at Billy and Berta's lovely cottage. They were great hosts. The cottage had everything we needed and more…we watched beautiful sunsets on many nights from the lanai… Thanks for the most enjoyable 11 days!!
