This is a hidden gem, not to be missed! The location is perfect and the place is so cute but the view from the patio will take your breathe away-breath taking and so romantic too! Thank you for being a wonderful hostess and sharing your place with us. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located property. It had everything we need, and we were left very well equipped for our 3 night stay. I do have to say, the best part of the check-in process was Francesca! She took the time to meet us at the property, show us all the points of interest in Polignano a Mare, suggest the best restaurants, she even saved a parking spot for us across the road from the apartment - with her own car! We were blown away by her kindness and hospitality. Book this property, I promise you won’t regret it.

Great location, central to all you want to see in the area. Cute little apartment for one or two people. Owner/manager is very gracious and helpful.

We just completed our trip and this was definitely the highlight. Located close to the highway and several towns all worth visiting. The property was fantastic, private and very safe. Nestled amongst 700 year old olive trees and views of the surrounding hillsides. An idyllic setting. Lots of places to sit and relax weather onthe chairs by the pool or in the covered patio. In spite of the heat of you keep windows and doors closed during the day you don’t need the AC. We didn’t need it at all. If you like day trips you can go to Fasano, Monopoli, Ostuni, Polignano di Mare, Alberrobello and so many others. These historic towns are all walkable. Nice beach within 10 minutes in Monopoli where the swimming was fantastic. Our entire family had an amazing time here and the hosts were fantastic and easy to reach and a short distance away. We would love to come back and hope that we can some day. Highly recommended!! 5/5

We adore this apartment. Alex and Ada greeted us at 9pm with open arms, so much love and the most thoughtful welcome basket of Italian goodies. The apartment is perfect—pristine, well organized, a properly stocked kitchen and dining room, plenty of towels and bedding—very comfortable beds, the location is top notch and the outdoor dining/terraces of the apartment are absolutely perfect. You don’t want to leave the private rooftop views but you must because Monopoli and it’s surrounding day trip towns (Matera, Locorotundo, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare are dreamy). The apartment is right within old town, within minutes of every attraction, restaurant, plaza, shop, cafe, playground, beachfront walkways, grocery, pharmacy, etc. This apartment is a must stay as you’ll not only receive amazing communication from its owners but also such a warm welcome and stay. We stayed for 8 days and believe it’s perfect for couples, families and friends.
