Communication with the karen was awesome. Very helpful. Miss Annette was a great source of information and helpfulness. Anything we needed or asked for was dealt with immediately. If you want a quiet area to relax and get away from things this is the place.

Amazingly beautiful

I brought my family to Jamaica, including my parents and kids. We had a fantastic week, enjoying the water and sand at the private beach, enjoying the pool and rooms at the villa, but most importantly, enjoying the attention, care and cooking of Karlene, who runs things at the Villa. Karlene and Marva took tremendous care of our whole family and provided daily tips and connections to places, things, businesses and sites that may our trip smooth and enjoyable.

We stayed for one week in February 2024. Philip responded promptly to all our emails. The villa was clean and comfortable. The pool, and outdoor eating area was very pretty and functional. We asked to have no staff, and Philip was able to accommodate us. The only area for improvement was the bathrooms, they need updating. we would be very happy to come back again.

Our group of seven +50, had the pleasure of staying at Butterfly Villa for 4 nights in January 2024. The villa was spacious and clean, with a good layout. The majority of our villa time was spent on the covered veranda overlooking the pool, where we ate, lounged and played games. The pool and deck was a highlight, and the beds comfortable. The Villa lived up to its description and possibly even surpassed our expectations. Positioned within Silver Sands, the villa’s location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. While the beach was a 10-minute walk away, we opted to rent a golf cart, but are not sure if we would on future visits. Silver Sands, with its stunning beach, left a lasting impression. The beach was very picturesque, and offered swimming, paddling, snorkeling, and long walks along the shoreline. The availability of shade from umbrellas and trees added to the charm. Franceen and Marva contributed significantly to our amazing experience. Franceen’s arranged for the purchase of our groceries, kept careful records - to sum up her approach she said “you tell us want you want, and we will make it happen”. Marva’s culinary skills left us longing for more. Her delicious cooking allowed us to fully embrace the vacation experience, sampling local dishes, and free from the concerns of meal preparation and dishwashing. A heartfelt thank you to Beverly for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. Our experience at Butterfly Villa was truly amazing and memorable. We hope to return

Our family had a great time at Simmer down for Spring Break. The villa is as advertised…great layout for chilling and entertaining with a nice splash pool. Just a short walk to the perfect beach. Tess, Tamika and Tara took very good care of us…Tess kept us well fed and made some awesome meals. Wonderful week!

The location, the house and the staff are all amazing, we are definitely coming back.
