Fantastic villa would highly recommend it, has fabulous facilities as listed and Sandra was a great host.

If you want a villa.in a prime location which is spacious, clean, with all mod cons and period touches, this is the holiday home for you. 2 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 mins to the nearest beach, 10 mins to the Strip and 15 mins to the Old Town. Helena was a tremendous host and nothing was to much trouble...great communication. If you wish to visit the lovely resort of Albufeira this is for you. We will be back!

Stunning

We are a family group of 9 across 3 generations, including children aged 4 to 17. We had such a fantastic holiday in Bev & Duncan's villa that we have already booked to return next summer! The property was spacious and had much needed air con throughout. There was everything we could need to feel at home - from hair dryers, to plenty of cutlery and crockery to multiple areas for relaxing inside and out. The teenagers with us particularly enjoyed the games room in the basement and the window into the swimming pool was a cool surprise! The outdoor area was perfect for the adults who wanted to sunbathe and the younger ones could sit in the shade of the pergola after a swim in the fabulous pool. We were very impressed with the communication and welcome from Joao - he did everything he could to make us feel at home and well looked after. We would highly recommend this villa to other families. We loved our boat ride to see the Dolphins and caves that we booked on the Marina and we used Yellowfish Taxi services for our airport transfer - they were brilliant.

I will summarise the best I can about the Villa: 1. What you see in the picture is the same if not better live. Everything is so well kept that is indistinguishable; 2. Everything inside the house is great quality: Oven, washing machine, dryer, aircon, cable TV, etc; 3. On the aircon, there is no limit on the usage as I have seen before in other properties which I'll never return; 4. If nice and quiet is what you want the house has the perfect location. Restautants, market, city, etc are all around 5 to 15 min from the house; 5. Only thing you may need to take is your speaker for some music. 6. There are 3 Fridges! Beers always cold.

My wife, young daughter, and parents stayed here for a week in early April, during the school holidays. It is a beautiful house, spacious and very well equipped, and the pool, which is heated, was perfect for us to enjoy, with my daughter getting lots of swimming practice! The weather was lovely, sunny but not too hot, 21 degrees or so most days, so the heated pool was a great benefit, as the nights were cooler so the water would have been cold without the heating. The location is very good - a quiet residential street but only 5 minutes from a big Aldi and 10-15 minutes walk (or about 3 minutes drive) from the main bars and 'strip'. The marina of Albufeira was about 12 minutes or so drive away and I would recommend - some nice places to eat and drink and lots of boat trips and so on. We went on an excellent trip and saw lots of dolphins!

Tracey was really helpful when we arrived and Victoria and Tony responded really quickly to all correspondence beforehand. We really enjoyed our stay

Our family of 3 returned to Apt.J again this year as we enjoyed it so much last year. Mark arranged our private transfer from the airport which made it hassle free (especially with a toddler). We were able to get in to the apartment early as no one had been staying the day before. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds and travel cot were all made up ready. Our little one absolutely loved the pool area and being on the ground floor it was such easy access. We love that the complex never feels too crowded and is in a quiet area of vilamoura. Mark was very helpful with queries we had during our stay and I couldn’t fault his communication with us prior to the holiday either. A stress free and very relaxing holiday! Just what we needed.
