Excellent accommodation

We have rented many houses over the years. A few even in the Palm Coast/Flagler area. Some were great some okay. This particular home quickly became our latest favourite. We particularly liked the layout with the master bedroom at one end and the other 2 at the other end offering a nice level of privacy. The beds/linens were extremely comfortable. Overall decorating was tasteful and elegant. A few updates in patio furniture department would be a welcome addition although there was nothing terribly wrong with the current offering. Otherwise furnishing inside and out were very relaxing/comfortable.A gas grill would be nice to replace the griddle as the latter was not fully maintained as it should and limited our cooking options. Otherwise the home was equipped with every imaginable kitchen utensil. Very impressive!Located on a small lake and a quiet neighborhood gave us a true sense of piece and serenity.Small issues were quickly attended to by Leyla who was a friendly and overall tremendous host.We spent 4 weeks here and we were truly sad to have to leave. We're hoping to extend our stay the next time we travel to the area.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfectly as described and the pictures were 100% accurate. The layout was ideal with many access points to the outdoor space with everything you needed. The lanai allowed us to leave doors open without worrying about mosquitos. The pool was the perfect temperature (88 degrees) for January in NE Florida. We were in it every day. The dock was the best spot for late afternoon sun - very relaxing - and for fishing. The house had a well-stocked games closet. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked - much more than we've seen in other rentals. Donna was extremely responsive. There were a couple of very minor things, which Tim (care-taker across street) took care of immediately. We really didn't want to leave and will definitely return if we have the opportunity.
