We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house on the beach in North Berwick with our family. The house itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. It had everything we needed and more, making our time there absolutely perfect.The location couldn’t have been better, with stunning views and easy access to the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. Janet was brilliant from start to finish—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. We had a family Christmas, with my siblings, who live abroad, and all of our children. It was a magical experience - a beautiful house and garden, with great facilities. Plenty to do in the local area too. A fantastic few days - thank you!

A beautifully restored bothy in a wonderfully remote spot.

We arrived after hellish drive up from Somerset with grandparents, young adults, and lively dogs and settled immediately. Good quality places with everything we needed, quiet, with easy access to beautiful beaches, history, Edinburgh and North Berwick.

Beautifully restored period property with lots of orginal features. The space was very cosy and relaxing. There are teo bedrooms one a double with ensuite the second either a kong sided or two singles. There is also a sofa bed in the livingroom. The welcome pack of local produce was of high quality as were the Scottish toiletries. The dogs even had their own welcome pack. Excellent facility if you wish to take dogs as they could go outside without you worrying about them escaping due to the high wrought-iron fencing. I liked that each room went to the outdoor space. The hosts were really nice people I would highly recommend.
