Awesome property- very well appointed, lots of beds and rooms, great outdoor space and hot tub. TV is a bit old, no ability to cast your phone or use apps like Netflix, but that is the only (minor) gripe i could find. Highly recommend this place for larger groups...

Couldn’t have asked for better!

The flat was beautiful. Modern. Clean and very homey. Jane was a lovely host and her dog Ivy was an added bonus. Bridge of Allan was a great location to travel from. We took the train to Edinburgh and it couldn’t have been easier. And there is a lot to see and do in the area if you have a car. We so enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.

A wonderful stay!

Fabulous location! Not great if you have mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. A few minor issues but Ben was quick to attend to them. Only 1 washroom was an issue for 3 of us (l must have mis read the listing) but other than that it was a 10/10!
