To say we were impressed with this cottage is an understatement. From getting fresh-baked cookies and wine at check-in, to getting a whole beach setup when we mentioned going to Folly Beach, Margie and Sid outdo themselves to make sure your trip is memorable! The cottage is tucked away in the backyard, it was very quiet and peaceful when we were there. The location is great! About 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, about 20 minutes from Sullivan's Island and Folly Beach. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if visiting Charleston. Excellent property in the best location we could ask for. Tons of restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops and shopping within blocks. The house itself was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. We’ve stayed on upper King Street before but we enjoyed this location much better. Property management was great too.

This Shem Creek Studio was everything we could have hoped for and more. Jackie & Chris were so friendly and thoughtful, and I can't say enough about the gorgeous views right outside the windows of the studio. The property was absolutely stunning. After long days of exploring the Charleston area it was so nice to be able to come back to the studio, sit outside and unwind, and simply enjoy the peaceful tranquility while watching the sunset. We'd definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

The carriage house on Broad St is a great location! Linda & Ruthie were great communicators, friendly & hospitable. The house is clean, comfortable & was great for 4 people! It was home away from home! Would stay again & highly recommend!!

What a perfect location to explore all that downtown Charleston has to offer. Literally right across from the old market. Place was clean. Bed super comfortable. Lots of space to put clothes and things away. Great shower. Highly recommend for people traveling alone or as a couple.

First, before talking about the property, I want to say that the owner Trish has got to be the nicest VRBO owner I have ever dealt with. I will always stay at her place when in Isle of Palms simply because of her. Very prompt at all communication, very kind and accommodating. The condo itself is super cute, right on the beach and convenient to everything in the area. There is absolutely not a single negative that I can think of. Isle of Palms is a beautiful place with great beaches, great restaurants and great shopping. We have been coming here for years, often to drop the boat in at IOP marina and go fishing for the day. Trish's condo will be the new go-to spot when it fits the schedule. I am so happy that we found her and her place.

This apt in the French Qtr is simply amazing. The location was 'in the action" yet quiet and private. The personal touches provided by Ruthie were like none other. This is a very special place and we will return!

Very clean and cozy. My niece and I stayed for a ghostly weekend. Great location to get into city whether driving or getting an Uber.
