We’ve stayed at Terry’s place 5x! It’s perfect for our needs. Everything works. Can’t beat the location. Overlooking the newer greener part of the city yet just three blocks from the Central Park. It’s an oasis of tranquility in a bustling Latin American city. Already booked for next winter!

Excellent apartment. Very well equipped (soft towels, quality pans, TV apps, strong internet for working, etc) and comfortable. It's ground floor so good if you have loud kids :) to not bother others. Almost no street noise at night. Just 1 block to a huge local market with foods, lunches/dinners, sundries. 15 minute walk to Centro or 1.50 taxi.

Beautiful property, comes complete with hummingbirds. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and spacious. The owner is wonderful! Helpful and accommodating. I would definitely return.
