Great Smoky Mountains National Park cabin rentals

Great trip with my mom and my 13 year old daughter. Cabin is perfect location to GSM and to Townsend for places to eat. It is peaceful and relaxing cabin with everything you need. Alex was easy to talk to and helpful. We did have bears visit on the deck so be bear aware.

We loved the cabin! We will definitely be staying again. The scenery is beautiful and the cabin feels like home.

Angela was very communicative and checkin and checkout process was seemless. Property was very clean upon arrival and everything we needed was in the house. We enjoyed the views and how the house was decorated. We loved how thoughful they were in making it as cozy as possible. The bed was not as comfortable as other reviewers said it would be but that could just be by preference and one cannot please all sleeping styles. We left a day early and notified Angela, it was not a problem.

Everything was as it said it was. Very clean. Perfect in every way.

Wonderful cabin if you are looking to stay in- great location to get out and do things too! The hosts thought of everything to keep us comfortable including extra heaters, and plenty of comfortable bedding and extra blankets! We really appreciated the provided supplies to get us going and were able to have groceries delivered. Also, greatly appreciated minimal checkout chores.

West Gate Resort was a great place to stay. The balcony had amazing views of the mountains! Our 2 year old loved the onsite water park, and the free shuttles around the resort property were very convenient. The resort property is also on the city of gatlinburg as free trolley line which made it easy to go into town.we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again. Being pet friendly was a big plus as well, although there is a pet fee that the resort tacked on separate from any VRBO payments.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely, comfortable, spacious home. We liked the convenience to the downtown area. James was very attentive and checked in on us to make sure we were having a great experience. Thank you!

When arriving the cabin wasn’t clean from the previous renters. The cleaning people showed after 4pm and only cleaned 20mins. Didn’t see them change bedsheets. They emptied hot tub but didn’t fill it all way back up. I don’t feel this is the owners fault. Bad workers/cleaners. The owners were great to work with.
