Williamsburg cabins

My daughter and I stayed at the Cozy Cabin June 3-5th for a quick girls get-away. The house is a small rustic cabin on the York River with modest accommodations. The view of the river is quite lovely. An occasional egret, bald eagle or even dolphins were seen. The first night of our stay, we were overcome with gnats coming out of the drain of the bath tub. Needless to say, we did not sleep very well as they made their way to our bedroom. We texted the owners the next morning and they promptly addressed the problem with a hot vinegar solution. We did not have anymore gnats until the following night. They were not as prolific, but they were a nuisance. We enjoyed our days on the water and touring the middle peninsula, but we will not return to the house
