Vacation rentals near Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site

Loved this property, perfect size for our needs. The property manager was kind and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property had everything we needed, even a mending kit for my daughter’s flower girl dress that needed last minute alterations. Clean, bright, spacious.

Our stay was amazing, the location couldn't be better. The stairs down to the boardwalk were right across the street. We had everything we needed and more. Sitting out on the patio, you could see the tides coming and going and we walked along the Ocean every morning. Geoff and Jill were great hosts. I would highly recommend staying here. We'll be back! We stayed for 5 nights. The location of the house was very close to Main St and all of its great amenities. Between the location, the property manager and the overall comfort and cleanliness, this place will be our go to in Vancouver whenever it is available.

We had a great stay in this comfortable and stylish home on the water. All the essentials and some extra touches were waiting for us, and the location was amazing. We appreciated our helpful and friendly hosts, and would definitely book again!

To say that the rental was awesome and the hosts were unbelievable would be an understatement. The rental was clean, easy to access, and had everything you could possibly want or need. The rental had a big, soft bed, a clean bathroom, a fantastic kitchen and a comfortable sitting section overlooking the Port Moody river. The hot tub right outside the rental and pool was a nice addition and I used it at least two times a day. The hosts had left directions to everything that you needed and anticipated your every question on one sheet. To say that the hosts Franco and Micheline were great does not do them justice. They answered every question that I had within an hour. I got to meet Franco and we chatted almost every day about everything. They found out it was my birthday and not thinking anything more about that I arrived home from a day out to two small birthday cakes and a balloon. That was a nice touch and shows how thoughtful they are as hosts. Before we even arrived at the rental Micheline and I were chatting about the property and she told me that breakfast would be included. She asked what we ate and I told her the basics. When we arrived they had purchased bacon, free range eggs, croissants, nutella, orange juice, and other items for us to eat. I had never been to a rental that did this and I was quite impressed. If you are looking for a place to kick back, relax and be just outside all of the amenities then this is the place for you!

This carriage house far surpassed all of my expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice! Close to hiking trails with beautiful views, parks and the delightful city of Port Moody. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here. We plan to return soon!
