  • Perfect location for relaxing vacation

"Can't agree more with the other reviewers! So glad we decided to stay in the West Bay - it's much quieter and laid back than 7MB or Georgetown (only a short ride away)! The condo was clean, completely functional and very comfortable. The owner was great to work with and was even on site to provide any additional help. Everyone else staying in the complex were friendly and respectful. We ate every meal outside just to enjoy the gorgeous view!!! The pictures don't do this place justice - you will be so glad you booked this place!!!"

  • Always great!

"We have stayed here multiple times. We are always glad to return and enjoy everything about the complex, it's location, and the island. Trips have been made with family, friends, and twice now with our daughter (at ages 8 and 14 months) and accommodations are able to be made to have necessary items to help with keeping her in the condo such as baby gates. the condo is nicely furnished and equipped for self prep meals. Diving on site is spectacular and very private compared to some other locations. Amenities depending on what you desire are anywhere from walking distance to a short drive. Don't hesitate to book and stay!"

  • Great Place, Minus the Air Conditioning

"We truly loved the townhome for our vacation. There were six of us, and the home was very convenient for us, and we really liked the development, location, as well as the neighbors! They were all quite friendly and welcome and we felt very safe there too. The *only* downfall was the air conditioning... it never got below 76 degrees, if that, in the house. The agreement said it would be set to 74 degrees, but most days/nights it was upwards of 76-78 degrees in there. For someone that maybe spends a lot of time in the islands, it may not be so bad, but for us, it was truly unbearable and incredibly uncomfortable to be 76+ degrees while sleeping. I would recommend this place but would beg the owner to not be so tight on the controlling the AC and realize that people need it cooler. When it feels hotter indoors than out, that's a problem."

  • Wonderful, relaxing, amazing spot

"Perfect spot if beautiful sunsets, easy access to snorkeling, non-touristy, and peaceful are on your itinerary. This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we were thrilled to arrive at Mary and Phil's place to find a clean, comfortable apt with amazing views waiting for us. We were able to spend a wonderful week without renting a car. We either walked, took the local bus, or rode bikes we rented from Mike's Bike rentals at the Cracked Conch hotel, a quick walk up the street. Mary and Phil were warm and welcoming, provided information and assistance when needed, but also respected privacy and gave us plenty of space. Mary even mailed my phone back to me when I left it in the apt.!! The patio at Paradise Pointe is an amazing place to watch sunsets, you can easily walk or take a bus to the grocery and liquor stores, and there are 2 great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend Paradise Pointe and hope to go back soon."
