  • Marbella Oeste was a great building and great location!

"We stayed in one of Nora's 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units. It was wonderful! Our view was amazing. The location in Isla Verde was walking distance to fabulous restaurants and the stores. It was easy to grab a cab to anywhere and when we wanted to rent a car, we could walk across the street to the rental office! I will definitely stay in this location again!"

  • Highly recommend this house for a large family that likes to have fun together!

"We stayed here March 20- 27, 2016. We had 3 couples and 7 kids ages 14 through 8 in our group. This was the perfect house for us!! Upon arriving, Karen met us and gave us a tour of the beautiful home. The photos do not do it justice! This house is gorgeous. She pointed out that the previous renters had broken a few things and assured us they would take care of it….for example, Karen had to run out to Walmart to buy a new coffee pot. Each room has its own A/C unit…which was great since not everyone in our group agreed on the temperature setting. That first night, we cooked dinner in the fully stocked kitchen and ate outside together in the private backyard with a nice large table surrounded by fountains, statues, and the swimming pool. One day, 4 of us rode the bikes provided to ride around Condado….we felt perfectly safe by the way. This house was in a great location to walk to the beach and various restaurants. It was also a nice distance to drive to PaddleParadise, less than an hour, to the rainforest, about an hour, and Old San Juan, about 10 minutes. One day, the garbage disposal and dishwasher had problems and Pablo came out the same day to fix both. He was very friendly and gave us suggestion on where to go salsa dancing. I agree with the other reviewer….the rooms were set up a little weird. You had to walk through one bedroom to get to the next, but this also did not bother us at all. Plenty of bathrooms and plenty of privacy. This house was more than just a place to stay while on a trip....it truly added to our Puerto Rico vacation experience."

  • Perfect Location for a quiet paradise getaway!

"We stayed at the Malibu condo and everything was better than we expected. The condo was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children (14 and 10 year old boys), everything was clean and was as described in the property description. We stayed for 8 days and explored many areas between San Juan and Fajardo, venturing one day out to Arecibo. The beach was absolutely outstanding, better than expected, better than the pictures show on the website. At any time during our stay, the beach had maybe 12 other people along the shoreline as far as I could see. This is a private beach area with clear water and pristine sand. The condo also had a large, clean pool area as well that we used a few times. Prior to our departure, Maria sent us documents about the property and local attractions which helped us experience non-tourist areas as well. That was a nice unexpected touch. If we are able to travel back to Puerto Rico for a vacation, we would choose this condo rental again."

  • Tropical Ocean Breezes, Beautiful Balconey Sunsets, Great Location!

"We 4 stayed here for 8 nights and found this place to be wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. We were able to leave the sliding doors and windows open when we were there and allow the tropical ocean breeze to flow through the place without ever really needing to use the A/C (but did run a floor fan that was provided at night). Despite no screens we never saw a mosquito or a no see um, and that was an unexpected but pleasant surprise! The owners were great, picking us up at the airport, giving us a short tutorial about the place, and then leaving us to play. We did stay in Rincon one night (Casa Islena - also recommended) because it is a 2.5 hour and somewhat tedious drive over to the west end of the island. It was nice to have the clothes dryer because otherwise things dry slowly with the humidity. Plumbing was all high quality and worked well. The king size bed was more comfortable than our bed at home! Go for it!"
