  • Bill and Cindy

"We have stayed in Simpson Bay area many times and thus know advantages of area, especially ability to walk to a great bakery and some fine restaurants. Our stay in this condo was especially enjoyable. Owner and property manager were most cooperative. The condo is in excellent condition. The resort is very compact, but at the same time very comfortable and friendly. We made some good friends and will definitely be looking to return. The grounds are well maintained ."

  • Loved the apartment! Maho is the place to be...

"This condo is in the perfect spot. Listing described it to a tee. Has everything you need. Balcony was awesome! Watched planes, big planes land. Really cool...Hung out on it a lot late night. Place was very clean and well-kept. Check-in was smooth and easy as owners had everything in order. My wife and I love Maho! You can walk to everything. Restaurants you should check out: Bamboo Bernies-super sushi, La Rosa-really good Italian, Winnies Chinese-it's that good, and Driftwood- an old wooden boat bar-great drinks, pizza, and check out their Chicken Schwarma, delicious. And you have to check out Temptation in Cupecoy, a $10 taxi ride. It's high end, but well worth it. The owner/chef is pretty famous in the Caribbean and we met him the night we went. Best item on his menu is his French Onion Soup. Also, check out Moomba-owned by an American couple-tasty tapas and Pizza Pasta-more Italian-had their Bolognese Pizza, superb! Bars-we loved hanging at The 3 Amigos-cool bartenders and the Soprano's Piano Bar. Lastly, you have to try the local ice cream called Etna's. It's made by a transplanted Sicilian. It's sold at The Maho Market. Get all your groceries, alcohol etc. there. They have everything. By the way, Maho Beach is great! Love to just chill in the water on our little rafts and watch planes land. Definitely are going back. Already have referred a friend of mine. Would 100% recommend this property. Weather was perfect! We spent 10 awesome days here and will be back very soon."

  • Amazing location and hospitality!

"I can't say enough about this seemingly undiscovered gem! Nicole and Ed (owners) as well as their staff know the true meaning of hospitality and do every little thing they can to make your stay as amazing as you let them. Picked us up at the airport late night upon our arrival (even drove us to the neighborhood market that same night since we didn't have our rental car until the morning!). The suite is exactly as pictured, very clean and new, bed and couch is very comfty! Coffee maker and small fridge in your room and they replenished coffee whenever we asked. The property is on a dead end road next to the airport so it is pretty private, as well as the beach, wow! The beach is a a private little nook and never full of tourist. The only people on this part of the beach seem to be the patrons of their restaurant and guests, very hidden gem. Nice snorkeling as well. They supplied us (very nice) snorkeling gear for our whole week at no cost, beach floaties and try to be as helpful in any way they can. We had delicious breakfast (complimentary) every morning with awesome service. If you are into plane spotting, this is the spot to be (besides Maho Beach of course!) Seems that lift off and landing happens right at this spot of the road behind the hotel. If you are not into the airplanes, the airport is not as bustling as you'd think, you can only hear the big planes right as they go by, it's a small island and you can hear them anywhere. I can't say enough how genuine and friendly the owners and staff are, your front porch is literally on the beach and the room was amazing, thanks for everything and we will be back!"

  • Great week @ Villa with phenominal views

"My wife and I were greeted by Rikki at our car rental check-in. We followed him to our villa which was conviently located near the airport. He showed us the villa and provided contact info. They were great responding to our questions throughout the week. The Villa sits on a cliff and overlooks the ocean with scenic views. The neighborhood is nice and very safe with a security guard surveying the premises after dusk. This inside was great and up to date with new appliances. The blinds are electronic and keep the house very dark on the inside enabling us to sleep in. We spent one day swimming at our pool with cocktails and listening to the Bose system (they have serius xm on dish). We explored the other 6 days. It is very close to the biggest casinos on the island and when you want to lay low, their smart tv allows you to login to Netflix! All in all, a great trip. We plan on returning. * go to Saint Barths for one day(pricey but worth one day visit to Saint Jean). We went to the Pink Parrot (bring your own snorkel gear for the clearest water) you will want to use it on the island. * go to Pinel Island for one day (incredible swimming, bring snorkel gear). * golfers check out CruisinArt on Anguilla for one day. A bit over priced back the back nine gives you a good taste before heading to Shoal Bay. * Eat well in Grand Case on the French Side. Our favorite night life and excellent French Cuisine. * pay extra to rent a car! This villa was an excellent home for us."
