  • Fantastic condo, perfect location

"Stayed at the Sandpiper with my husband and my sister to escape the winter in the north, and to relax after the holidays. The condo is huge, with very high ceilings - both bedrooms very spacious, and well furnished. The view is stunning - we all enjoyed just siting at the table on the very large balcony and watching the sailboats and mega yachts come and go, especially when the drawbridge opens in the am and pm. Pool deck is spacious, and we mostly had it to ourselves and very few condos were occupied when we were there. The french Bistro Alantico was fantastic, and we retrieved danishes and crepes there every morning - its a 5 minute walk away to the commercial area, with bars (Dingy Dock, Yacht Club), restaurants, and several small grocery store to provisioning. Prices were fantastic! Gordon was a bevy of information, and suggested we rent a car from a local vendor near the airport, Empress rentals. They came to pick us up, and drove us to the airport after the rental return - all at about half the price of the major rental firms. You can walk to the fun beach bar Karacter, which has amazing meals and drinks. The airport is right behind the bar for some added excitement. Condo is perfect, really, and the beach very private. Kitchen well stocked with pans, etc., and we stayed in two nights to cook on the grill. Large grocery store only a ten minute car ride away. Liquor and beer just a 5 minute walk away at the Chinese grocery store (and $15 cheaper per bottle than at home in Washington, DC) We took an island tour via rental car one day, and enjoyed some of the best french food (and very affordable) we have had outside of France! Three course lunch with steak and bernaise, including drink - $20 in Oyster Bay."

  • What a view!

"The villa is absolutely perfect and spotless. The patio/pool deck is wonderful for hanging out, enjoying a meal, soaking up the sun or sipping wine. Ophelia was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and sweet!"

  • Excellent Property & Community

"My wife & I spent 7 wonderful days at Le Bleu. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and honeymoon spent in St Maarten. We had considered a condo in Grand Case, but made the best decision to book Le Bleu. From Gordon's arrival briefing I knew we were in the right place. The condo exceeded what we had expected from the on-line photos. Le Bleu is a high end accommodation within a great small condo community Las Arenas. Can't say enough, we will be back soon and hope to be able to get Le Bleu."
