  • Amazing time on the beach

"My family and I had an amazing time during our stay in the coco bay beach community. The unit is even more beautiful in person and the location is wonderful, we can not wait to book our trip for next year!"

  • Great location and lovely condo

"My husband and I were very pleased with this very clean and well maintained condo. The kitchen was very well equipped, we did dine in three evenings. Cooking in this kitchen was very easy plus we made use of the grill on the patio. The bedroom was very spacious and bed very comfortable. So nice to have the washer and dryer. Shower pressure was a little low but was no issue, we adjusted. We enjoyed the easy beach access, lovely sandy beach just off our patio. Plenty of towels and beach chairs available for use. Great walking beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. We did have a car which we used to get groceries and to tour around the island. Jill very pleasant and helpful with booking condo. Gordon, a great guy, very helpful with check in and plenty of suggestions for dining and places to visit. The lady who came to clean our condo mid week was very friendly and pleasant. We had a problem one morning with mosquitos, not sure why they were around our first morning but after that we didn't see any. We had breakfast on patio every morning and as I mentioned we also had some dinners in so we ate on patio those nights. Great spot, would definitely recommend this condo. Thanks, hope to return."

  • Dan

"Great location. Right on beach. Condo was nice but needs to be updated. Beach was not crowded and the people at the resort are very hospitable. Location is so close to airport and many great restaurants and bars Simpson bay was isolated from most winds"

  • Beautiful setting/great property.

"We benefitted from previous reviews and for the most part everything that was said was spot on. First a few negatives; parking is very tight, pool deck had screws that were raised (I was told they would be taken care of, as well as the grille which hadn't been cleaned in some time) and the gate to the beach wasn't always working, the entry to the ocean in front of the condo is rocky--but 100 yards down is perfect, the journey to get to the condo saw the higher end beach side and the mostly run down opposite side of the street--some chickens and dogs, but never bothered us. Now for the rest of it nothing but positive!! Gorgeous views from both levels. All sorts of boats parked in front and very few jet skis zipping by. The beach is pristine. We were there over Easter and never felt crowded. In fact, the mile long stretch rarely had more than 20 or 30 people in the water at the same time. Water is crystal clear--snorkeling is okay. Pool was also nearly unoccupied--we often had it to ourselves and at 5 feet deep was great from our 8 and 11 year old. Sunsets came directly to the outside patio attached to the condo. Gorgeous! The unit is very well maintained and has everything you need to cook in. Second floor master with the balcony is stunning. The four of us spent many a night sitting out the oversized couch and enjoying the breeze and the night view of the area. We arrived and had the tour given by Gordon--very helpful. We also had 4 cold beers and 4 cold sodas waiting in the fridge for us!! While it is only a short hop from the airport and a 10 minute walk gets you to some good restaurants and a little grocery store, we had a car and were happy to have it. Simpson Bay Beach is great--we also went to the far more busy Orient Beach and found it touristy, but nice. If you want to relax with great views, ocean and beach--you don't have to move an inch it is all there!! Atlantic Bakery (walkable), Beruit restaurant (walkable) and Palms (walkable) were among our favorite spots. I'm sure the issues I mentioned above will be dealt with--so I would recommend this property without reservation."
