  • Fabulous property! All rooms are well appointed. Can't ask for more!

"Terrific vacation. The space provided lots of room for my large family to enjoy time together and have plenty of space for privacy as well. The pool and patio area is fantastic. The canal provides access to open waterways and we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. We got great tips on snorkeling excursions, places to eat , beaches and much more! Turks and Caicos is a terrific place to visit made more special by this property."

  • Wonderful trip!

"My husband and I spent 10 days at Acacia Villa. Working with Chuck and Brenda was such a pleasure. This was our 5th trip to Providenciales and our first time at Acacia. The villa itself is beautiful and very clean. The pool and outdoor area is lush, private and inviting. Chuck and Brenda have thought of everything that you would need for your stay. The villa is very well appointed. The kitchen in particular is so well stocked. The linens and towels were great quality. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, towels and everything we needed for our daily beach excursions. The location is perfect. You are minutes from everything in Grace Bay but can escape to your own oasis. We highly recommend Acacia Villa and working with Chuck and Brenda. I'm sure we will meet again!"

  • Great cozy place on one of the most beautiful secluded beaches in the world.

"The property is a large king-size bedroom unit separated from the Pelican Beach Hotel but shares all of the amenities of the hotel. There is a reasonably-sized 'living room" with a sofa that can accommodate an additional person. The kitchen is large and completely functional and the bathroom (dual sinks) and shower are very comfortable. The TV, WiFi and air-conditioning is fine. But the best part is the beach, the water and outside "sunning" area. Every day felt like being in paradise, lounging on the chaises, walking on the nearly deserted beach and wading/swimming in the water. On site is the Barracuda Bar and Grill, which is very convenient and a "hang-out" for tourists and locals alike. Best of all is the "family" style care that Susie and her family provides for the guests from arranging transportation to advice on visiting other areas of North and Middle Caicos. There are only 2 minor drawbacks: the unit has an upstairs apt. (we stayed downstairs) and was a bit noisy at times (children) and on days with light to no wind, the sand flies and "no-seeums" are aggressive. Bug spray (which the hotel also provides) is a must. We will definitely return."

  • We loved it so much we stayed 2 extra days

"Breathtaking views, amazing seclusion, the perfect place to get away. There are only 2 houses, both to the left, in either direction. They were vacant during our trip and we couldn't actually find them listed on any rental site. We decided that even if they had been rented it was still so much more private than you could find anywhere else as there are long, long stretches of beach with no one in sight. We were originally set up to stay 8 nights and fell so hard for this amazing house and location we added a couple of extra days. We are already planning our next trip and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The master bed was very comfortable and we felt the essential items for bath and kitchen were more than adequate. Do you need to get more toilet paper and paper towels if you're staying awhile? Sure, but you're not staying in a hotel for a reason, if you want endless toilet paper then don't stay in a rental house. Were there some minor maintenance issues and did a crazy storm on the last night knock out the power and water? Yes, but the tradeoff is having a nearly private beach and the kind of existential zen experience you almost can't find anymore. You are on an island, virtually in the middle of nowhere. Nothing's going to be perfect, except the view and hopefully the company as given the seclusion you better really like who you come with. Absolutely have Chrischelle shop for groceries, they have pretty much anything you can think of at the IGA on the mainland. You can put in an order at the Wine Cellar for wine/beer/liquor and then pay over the phone and have Chrischelle pick that up as well. Even with just 2 of us, I can't imagine having to lug 10 days worth of groceries and libations across on the ferry. I also recommend getting a car, you'll be happy to have that 20-year-old Nissan to get back and forth from the ferry and to the few restaurants and convenience stores, or to explore if you somehow get tired of gazing upon the most beautiful white sand beach and turquoise water. As many other people said, cash is king. Also, Miss B will come and cook for you at the house, a really nice treat. Bring bug spray, when the wind dies down the sand fleas can be brutal. Also, bring some laundry detergent pods for the washer."
