    "SPECTACULAR !! The views were everywhere you looked. I loved everything about this house. We went in January and the weather was great. The layout of the house was large and perfect for the 8 of us. There was an atrium off the bedroom where I could sit at night and feel the cool breeze and look at the stars. The outside dining area overlooking the pool and ocean was so beautiful. Just looking at the ocean and hearing the waves was so soothing. The host was most gracious; leaving the house with many extra perks, especially in the kitchen. We went to some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. I absolutely loved the boardwalk in Christansted. Unanimous YES to coming back to beautiful Villa Mia Bella and St. Croix A VERY HAPPY VACATIONER MARY W"

  • All you could want

    "This review concerns the property on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands that we rented for the last two weeks in January of 2017. This condominium was unit 205C (known as Island Dreams) in the Colony Cove Condominiums just to the west of Christiansted on the north side of the island. It is on the second floor of building C and has a view of ocean, the grounds, and the pool. For information purposes Building D is the closest to the beach and has the best unobstructed view. Building A is the farthest from the beach. There are 54 total units in this development. The property is very secure. There is a coded gate entry to the parking area and coded gate to the beach. There is an around-the-clock security guard on the grounds. All the personnel associated with the operation of the condo complex were very friendly and helpful. I needed extra assistance with a plane flight and I went to the office where I could use their desktop computer and printer. The office manager, Evelyn, took care of everything for me. The grounds and the beach are well maintained. Chairs and tables are provided in the pool area. Lounge chairs are provided on the beach. There are several gas bar-b-que grills for guest to use. There are two nearby restaurants on the beach. The the one to the west is the Golden Rail and it’s food is fair but drinks and live entertainment are always available. The restaurant to the east is Breezez and it is one of our favorite places on the island. We think it has the best steaks on the island. There is plenty of sandy beach to play on. Remember, you have the use of the entire beach and there is a wider beach just next door at the Sugar Beach condominiums. Snorkeling off the beach is good for St. Croix because of the man made reef just a few yards off the shore. In general you won’t find the colorful marine/reef life anywhere on St. Croix that you see elsewhere (Belize, St. John, Great Barrier Reef, etc.) but it is still interesting to snorkel. We arranged for our condominium rental through Champagne Vacation Rentals. In our opinion they run a “first class” operation. They were responsive during the initial rental process. They answered all our questions promptly. There were no surprises during our stay in St Croix. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that we would be met at the airport by their representative, Emily. She made sure everything went smoothly…from the collection of our baggage, the rental of our Budget Jeep, and the delivery"

  • Nice place, lots of space, good location, great host!

    "The Schooner Bay unit was a great base for our trip. It's spacious with plenty of room to hang out and should sleep a family of 4 very comfortably. There's a coffee pot and microwave and stove and we were able to make the occasional breakfast in to save a little money while we were there. The location was great: really nice view, and the Schooner Bay staff were very nice. We walked into Christiansted easily (~10 minutes or so) for dinner. I really appreciated being close to the Seaside Market (grocery store) which was good for dinner, snacks, sunscreen... Tom was a great host for us. He helped us with a few activities (snorkeling tour and a sailboat sunset tour) and was very responsive when we had questions."
