"There are only 2500 characters available to gush about this place which is simply insufficient. I'll do my best to summarize: RIDICULOUS views, RIDICULOUS comfort, great location, gated community (but not in a way you feel caged like in many other parts of STX), amazing breeze and ocean sounds all day, sunsets you can't even imagine. This place puts 4+ star hotels we've stayed in to shame. Heck, we run numerous air bnb's and this experience certainly motivated us to up our own game;). EXTREMELY well equipped from kitchen to beach items to towel and sheet quality. Two kitties and pup Ella make the perfect vacation pets-around for petting when you might like that, but you don't have to feed or walk them! Alex is a breeze to communicate with and I have to admit, if their calendar weren't booked right after our stay, we'd be moving in. FULL TIME. Please don't tell your friends about this place...we'd like their calendar to stay open for selfish reasons;). ENJOY!!!!"

  • Private Boat with Captain Roger

"We were married on the island over our trip and saved the private boat ride for our last night in the island. Roger was so awesome! We chose the sunset cruise and left at 4, he brought drinks and snorkel gear, even offered to take us fishing while we were out. We arrived to a private Buck Island, it was incredible being alone in such a beautiful place. We snorkeled around the rocks on the NW side of the beach and saw so many beautiful fish and what could be easily described as a conch shell graveyard. We hiked along the beach before heading back to the boat for a beer and went to float in the sand for awhile. As Roger boarded the boat we swam out for a refill, pool noodles and rum shots! We had the best time chatting with him, learning about his life while floating with our beers. The sunset was never-ending, I felt like we were there for hours without the sun setting an inch....then it disappeared. Heading back to the dock we rode up front with our legs over the edge, music blaring, having the litteral time of our lives. Really enjoying some let loose time with my new husband in a magical place, with a few drinks, and an awesome Capitan! Easily one of the best nights of our life. Thank you so much for such a fun, beautiful and amazing memory!"

  • Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

"The first week of December my husband and I along with our bother and sister in law stayed in this unit. Everything was wonderful; from the ease in getting in to the view off the balcony. It has been a while since we have had beachfront with a 180 degree view. You can relax on your balcony and watch the seagulls fight over the catch, the seaplanes taking off and landing around the bay. Snorkeling in the area right in front of the condo was very good (especially after I found out about the man made reef in front of Colony Cove next door). I saw southern stingrays and two different spotted sea rays on multiple occasions; and because it is not too deep you were able to see them very well. The condo was great. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We will definitely be back. Talking about it already. Shirley Reinemann"

  • Wonderful!

"Being our first visit to St. Croix we were somewhat anxious. The choice of where we stay played a major role in how our overall vacation was going to be. We made a great choice with this home! We continue to talk as much about the home as we do the island. First of all, the owners know the information you need and what you may ask. They will send you a guide to enjoying the home and the island and they are spot on. From beach suggestions to restaurant selections, we were never disappointed. The home itself is situated in one of the nicest communities we saw. wonderful views, great breezes and all the amenities you need. The layout was perfect for our family of three. Our daughter spent her college spring break with us and the second bedroom seems almost detached from the main part of the home so this made for greater privacy for both of us. Both bedrooms were large and great bath/showers. Nicely decorated. The master bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Between the clear air and the mattress, we slept better and woke more refreshed. (I reluctant to spend so much time on sleep but it was incredible) Having a private pool was also great. very clean and just the right size for a quick dip and the lounge furniture made it hard to leave sometimes. Breakfast by the pool was a daily occurrence.(there is a little restaurant at the bottom of the driveway that has great breads and breakfast items....don't wait too long in your stay to discover it. get take out and enjoy the patio) The kitchen was good like most people have mentioned but I don't recall any mention of the Margaretaville mixer available for frozen drinks! I've never been able to make the perfect frozen drink until now. There is a complementary bottle of rum on arrival. Nice touch! Having someone meet you at the airport and helping you get to the home and settled in is also a nice feature. However, not knowing where we were going and how far we would be from "town" and groceries, we made the recommended grocery stop on the way and rushed, we purchased too much--things we didn't need. The owners recommend Skyline rent a car. They were there to meet us at the airport and made it easy. However, the vehicle we got was not the best. We wanted a jeep we could take the top off. Recommend a better vehicle-4 door especially if more than 2. also, we had a flat and they don't help-actually charged us for it. The roads are very rough so get something comfortable and do explore!"
